International support
I play Taiwan MapleStory internationally and the sudden removal of international numbers being supported (United States) has not only inconvenienced me but has made my account less secure. Please bring back support for United States phone numbers!
In response to your response, the support for international numbers has been stopped. I have called into the support line and confirmed it with support and had to call in to lower the security of my account to even regain access because the support for international numbers were pulled with no notice. Without notice, I could not get into my web account by scanning a QR code with the app because the application no longer works with my United States number.
We get this error now “ 電話/信箱出了點問題，請聯繫客服幫您處理唷!!（錯誤代碼：30116)” and the issue is exactly as I described. I no longer need to contact support, but my access to this application as an international user has been permanently removed with your change to no longer support international numbers.
