App just stopped working correctly
After being a subscriber for years, it just stopped working. I think the issue started when I had an Apple payment not go through. I updated my payment method and has not worked since. I contacted support and they told me to cancel my subscription and resubscribe, but that didn’t fix the issue

I paid the monthly subscription weeks ago and still can’t access gate codes, or anything. Everything is blank. It wants me to fill it in. I was told this app already has the gate codes and shows them to me. The entire app even navigation is terrible

Your update did not fix anything!!! I pay for your stupid app every month stop locking me out!!! I have to use this app while driving and it’s dangerous to try and input my apple store password every time. Going to be looking into alternatives or just scraping all ur data from my city!!!

I’m guessing the developer gave up on the app yes 2 stars because sometimes it does find the right apartment and helps but other times it is either wrong or doesn’t even find the apartment name and then I sent multiple emails about the gate code verification I already did it and it’s been 3 weeks now no response no email nothing I guess the developer doesn’t care to update the app or check emails or do the apartment gate codes portion anymore oh well time to stop supporting this app and find a new one

I’m not paying for a MAP
Useless.
Literally made me make an account and only after my doing so, told me that it is now a paid app, $5 per month. What a waste of time and space. Honestly felt like a scam to get me to sign up my email….

Great for Door Dash/UberEats Drivers
I use this app for Door Dash and Uber eats orders. It has saved me time in locating apartment buildings and unit numbers. When I first started Door dashing, apartments were the worst. Getting lost at night, being late, and getting frustrated. I thought that someone must have an app to fix this issue. Sure enough, a week into delivery driving I found this app. I have been using it for many months and 100’s of deliveries later. Definitely worth the $1 or so a week in time saving and peace of mind. I would highly recommend this app to any dasher or delivery driver. I live in a fairly large city and it works well. Out of the 30-40 apartment complexes I have delivered too, only like one was incorrect. So it’s not perfect but I still use it each week.

I have been using Beans for four years now and I can’t work without beans especially at night deliveries no matter where urban areas or apartments not only I get the gate code for must apartment area even in rural areas it safe me time and gas however I will recommend to the users to match beans with Apple Maps because is more accurate than goggle maps or any other map app. Yes there is new apartments or new neighborhoods which are not available yet at beans but if you have Apple Maps you will get there and remember guys you need to train your self on how to look for an address especially apartments area however those apartments building of 5 or more floors that is another store but those apartments they have legends to guide you through the whole area and easy way to find the address gps are not a exact sciences you need to train yourself. CRASH ON FIRST SIGHT
No appplication related issue gives off a worse first impression than a crash on first launch. This app crashed on multiple launches on my device, the Iphone 13 Pro Max.

This app does not allow us to drop our profiles permanently. That is unacceptable.
Too many bugs
This app has way too many bugs for something people are supposed to use for their jobs. Whenever I look up an apartment and press the navigation button, it often routes me to a completely random location unrelated to the apartment complex or unit. This issue affects both employees and the service they provide to customers. This just happened to me, wasting a ton of gas, and now I have to drive 15 minutes across town. The developers need to be diligent in ensuring that the function responsible for the directions button, which opens the Apple Maps application, reliably uses the correct coordinates shown in the app.

Why change?
This app used to tell you if an apartment was on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd floor. It no longer does that. Why the change? It was a good feature!!
Pay to use
Scalping gig workers already meager wages by forcing them to buy a subscription to use the app.
