Advertises being able to work with iPhone but loses half functionality

Can’t reply to messages or remote capture with iPhone, major functions for any smart watch. Won’t sync Favorite contacts, though it says it can. NEEDS A MAJOR UPDATE.

2 stars = a D grade - now 1 = F

Update: my bad - I logged out and can’t remember my password, so I can’t log in and there’s no way to reset it. I sent a support email to Beantech, but I don’t expect any help. The developer of this app is gone and it hasn’t been updated since 2017. There are just too many things incomplete with the watch and the app to keep them. My original review follows.

Don’t buy a Beantech watch and use this app unless you measure and weigh yourself in metric and are exactly 170 cm tall and will always weigh exactly 67 kg, because these profile settings are hardwired into this app. That and the fact it won’t play music from my iPhone 7 or remotely operate the camera means back to Amazon!

Updating

I just got my watch. Was supposed to be better than the Apple. Won’t allow me to get and receive texts, won’t let me update height and weight, and can’t sync any other apps with it. With my Fitbit I can sync the Weight Watchers app and a few others.

Lacking

MThe app is lacking. Unit setting continually goes back to Metric. I cannot adjust height and weight.
