Please fix it
It’s June 2023 for some reason I can’t get on I go through the app it only freezes I go through the net it doesn’t go to through the log In process correctly and I can’t put in my two step number please fix it thanks
Glitchy
I love the web version of the app, but the IPhone version has so many glitches, it overlaps and u can’t click icons or anything, but other than that, it’s a great service
Great Team
I had a very long lost account with them and the support team got me back into my account. Very helpful and happy team. The app is easy and slick. The distribution system is very simple and even my grandma could upload a song 😂😂
Great idea, but app and website need updating
I came across this a few days ago and thought to give it a try. It seems like a great idea, however the app just crashes constantly for me. The app hasn’t been updated for a year and the website also needs updating as I’m running into a few issues. I’ll give it a go again once they have sorted this cos I’m really rooting for these guys.

Beatchain
I do really like the distribution app easy to use and eveything! I kinda don’t like how it went to free distribution to having to pay for the subscription

Not a finished product
The idea of the app is absolutely amazing and innovative, so I give credit for the ingenuity. The big issue is that this not a finished product and the interface is a bit generic. From the phone you are not able to change your profile picture and connecting to your social media and streaming platforms does not completely work.
Again I love the concept but it’s just not all that it advertised to be at this current moment. Beatchain if you can get us a finished/ working product I think your ratings can really turn around. I’ll standby for a few more months because I understand things take time but we need results.

Can someone tell me how to takedown a song!
Beatchain is a great platform, however no one has been able to contact me to discuss whether taking down songs are optional. 4 star review from me

I find this app really helpful because it lets you publish singles for free and has no hidden costs and Amuse does let you publish singles for free as well but it takes 21 days to finish uploading to all the stores but if your using Beatchain to distribute music it just takes 7 days so this app is legit

Doesn’t even work
I uploaded my song and it said that it was going to upload in a week and it just kept sitting there for months and didn’t upload. It’s also glitchy. When I uploaded it it said I didn’t fill something out when I obviously did. So I had to start all over again and it worked. Also the insights are about a week off. Use distrokid. It’s worth it.

Great App w/ Some Performance Issues
I really like what Beatchain stands for and am excited to use it going forward. However, the issue with stats updating persists (specifically for Instagram, the others work just fine).
It would be great if the developers would fix whatever performance issues the app seems to be having. Besides that, great job with the service provided thus far.

Seems rushed
The website is cool. Great service. Was finally able to log into the app but it’s seems mostly rushed. Stats aren’t updating and most features look empty. I am using the free version so maybe I have to pay to see more features? I’ll update the review once the app gets an update.

Sign in does not work
When I try to sign in, it accepts the username and password, goes black, and then returns back to the sign in screen.

Great one stop shop
Great set of tools with interesting views on fans, streaming and reactions for posts. Nice to have everything in one place and a lot cheaper than many others in the market.
Crash
Keeps crashing. I need to know my stats as an artist and I’m paying for this... please fix
