Beater (Metronome)

I purchased this App based on the illustration in the App Store. What I got was a white screen with some information on it and a moving red dot that can’t be turned off. The Help menu does not contain anything.
You can use the app as a metronome but it has no colour in it and can’t be turned off. I emailed the developer but he/she has not contacted me.
I have submitted a complaint to the App Store as this is false advertising.
