Cheap quality app for $19.99

This app is not worth $19.99!
First, you DO NOT place ads ( and is crowding the page one on top of another) for a highly priced app...You do not do that, period!
Second, I am trying to get customer support to report the ads issue. When I touch the support hyperlink, their page is more a marketing page than product overview, turorials, help, support page. I do not want to sell anything, I just want ads removed and how this app works. Otherwise, I prefer my money returned immediately! By the way, i do not see why I have to sign-up to get app support. I am concerned to get hit with marketing p advertisements.
