Great but for.
This is a really pretty version with very smooth animation. The only couple of issues is the resort button really needs to be less of an easy target or have a “Do you want to do this” secondary question as it is way too easy to accidentally hit. Smaller issue is the Congratulations on winning fonts are really not in keeping with how great the game looks. On the plus. There are no exploding stars everywhere like many games are so fond of.

This is my favorite Mahjong game, but I do have one minor complaint: when tapping a tile in the upper left hand corner, it reshuffles the tiles, even when the tile is not all that close to the shuffle icon. Please fix that! Otherwise, it’s a great app!

Hi, in the subscription version some layouts auto reshuffle part way through the game ever when there are still moves available.
Would be great if available moves where also indicated, as is done on the other version that has advertisements.

App itself is OK but ads after every game are damned annoying.
Unplayable until the reset tiles hot spot is reduced!
The hot spot for the “reset tiles” icon on the top left is too big, which means that in some of the layouts, when you select the tile in the top left hand corner, you inadvertently cause the tiles to be reset mid-game. This is frustrating to the point where the game is unplayable until this is fixed. I am playing on iPad.
It would be a 5 star experience otherwise.

Difficult to See
It is very difficult to see the different layers in the tile layout which makes completing the game difficult. This is a real issue on the iPhone with a small screen. And if you large fingers, just forget about this game as your "touch" will not be accurate and it becomes very difficult to touch the correct tile.

Great game—lose the flash!
I really like this game. It is clean and simple and quite relaxing to play. The 3D effects are very helpful for easily telling which tiles are available.
BUT, this lates release in Jan 2024 has, for some unknown reason, added a bright white flash that happens each time a board is loaded or closed.
For folks like me on night mode, it is jarring and makes me want to stop playing. Please get rid of it! Thanks

Difficult to See
It is very difficult to see the different layers in the tile layout which makes completing the game difficult. This is a real

Ad takeover
Eventually the ads take over and you can’t play anymore. I would purchase the game outright, but there’s no option to do that.
Beautiful but not convinced…
There is no way to shut off the sounds, that I can find. So annoying. I might have to delete it and try some other one. There are others that are not AS graphically beautiful, but at least you can shut off the annoying clicking and other sounds. Please add that option. Thank you.

Everything about this app is so great, I love that you can customize the tiles and the background and I love that there aren’t a lot of ads. But I am disappointed that you can’t turn off the sound.

This app and similar ones by this “DOGMELON” creep are all scams. First of all, this is not designed as a game. The sole purpose of this download is to bombard you with repetitive ads with the hopes that you’ll click on one, so they can make money, and this is after every…single…game. So, the game is designed to cheat in order for it to end faster, so they can blast you with yet another ad. The ads are loud and obnoxious on every level.
If you want to play Mahjong, buy from a reputable programmer, not con artists like these.

Recently, the app has been ‘updated’ a few times. Each time it has been made worse for the sake of greed. Adding in more places for ads to pop up. The latest update has ruined it completely, and now I’m off to find a different mahjong.
The RNG of the tiles has been altered such that you essentially never win. I know this game well, and there is no way this hasn’t occurred. You can see the very deliberate way the tiles are placed to ensure that you can rarely match them all. I lost twenty games in a row just now. Before the latest update I win more often than I lost. A sad shame. Greed kills all mobile games dead in the end.
