User reviews

I love this app! Simple, easy, beautiful.

This app offers an amazing variety of mood tracker templates to choose from, even ones that appeal more to masculine/androgynous people and children. There are journal prompts, activity logs, to-do lists, habit trackers, and of course a very simple quick add mood tracker. They have custom color schemes, and the ability to mix multiple moods in one day (with a really cool marbled pattern). This app feels accessible for everyone and without cluttery time-consuming ads, it's an app I actually enjoy opening and feel calmer after I'm done. I'm so grateful for this app, it's so much easier than trying to keep track of a physical journal or calendar, and it really feels like it's mine. I chose the UFO!

So easy to use.

The app is easy to use. I have been able to edit activities to more of what I do. I often feel left out using tracking apps because of my physical and mental health. I often start doing things like this and get frustrated because I’m overwhelmed and/or unable to participate due to my health. By editing the activities it now fits my needs. I’m on a 2 week streak and it’s giving me a better picture of how I’m doing mentally

Really helpful especially if you have depression

I never stick with anything but I’ve used this app for 557 days - 🤯! It is so helpful because when I get down into the 5s on my scale, I automatically start to think my depression is getting worse, etc… but with this app, I can go back and see its only been 2 days since I started going downhill and I remind myself ‘its okay’. I also like that you can attach activities to your scale. It is so helpful to see on the day after my Ketamine session, my scale goes down a a point but the next day I’m back to my 7 or 8s. I recommend this app to everyone especially for those suffering with depression. It’s good to know ‘I’m human and there will be bad days but the good days far outweigh the bad’. I love this app!

Ok so I downloaded this app and I’ve been using it and it’s awesome but back to the point today as usual when I come home I track my mood as today I went to my iPad to put my mood and then when I opened the app it was a problem the screen was all white and I shut down my iPad and turned it back on it was still not working and I just need help to try and fix it so I if you get any chance to write back it will be awesome for me thanks

Fully functional but still meh

I’ve been wanting to get into keeping a mood tracker lately so figured I might try an app. I could make a note, Google doc, or paper journal but if an app exists why not use it. I ran into this one. At first it seemed great, basically all the functions are available outside of just a few. But after a while I started to kinda get dragged back. There is some customization features that it flat out doesn’t have for free users. Mainly being the theme. You can’t edit color pallets as a free user and the premade ones leave a lot to be desired. And on top of that you’re only given 6 (apparently previously only two) theme pictures. Keep in mind these themes aren’t animated or have anything cute going on. You could probably look at the pictures and draw them by hand and get the same effect. I thought ok that’s fine they might change each month so you have a variety. They don’t. And the free themes offered aren’t all that great. If this was offered as a flat fee like any normal app of this type I would say a few bucks would be worth it to unlock the other options. But a subscription? And expensive one at that? That’s ridiculous. I stuck with it for about 3 weeks but I just can’t. I really am not down for having no decent options and being expected to pay a subscription. I’m positive there are other apps out there or even Google doc templates that do the exact same thing for free or at the very least a flat price. When will these apps learn that the subscription idea is never going to be okay?
