Camera button not working! So frustrating! I’m deleting this app! It used to be great. Now it’s awful!!

The camera button to take a pic is not working. The option to take a video is working fine but to just take a simple pic, it won’t take.
The time limited for Video record is too short.
Is it ok to take a photo only, but the time limit for Video record is too short,it just cut off in very short time.

But why dose it snap out when I am changing my face then when I get it back it has rest and I have to start from the beginning again?
