Not good for pick up orders
Love the store, the app gets a little frustrating at times. Anytime I make my order for pick up, it notifies me about the stores surcharge. When I press “accept” it takes awhile to load, and then randomly empties my cart. It’s a great app for shipping the products to you, or seeing what your local store has in stock. Sucks if you’re trying to place an order for pick up.

Oh..... yeah the app is great, for sure! I go on to check information all the time from primings, product, & education.
Its the company of Beauty Solutions that provides the foundation for the app and every other thing I like about the company. I left my last wholesaler & a color line I used for 17 years because of their horrible customer service, lack of product availability, empty shelves, poorly stocked shelves, & miss-management.
Largely I chose my color and product limes from BS because I liked the customer service and my awesome sales rep.
