안녕하세요. 평소에 뷰티캠을 잘 사용하고 있었는데, 실수로 구독 버튼을 눌러서 1년 결제가 됐는데 잔액부족으로 결제 미납 상태에서 멈춰있습니다. 그래서 지금 앱 설치든 결제든 뭐든 아무것도 못하고 있는 상태입니다. 바쁘시겠지만 읽어주시고 해결 방법 알려주시면 감사드리겠니다.🙏🏻

Сделали все важные эффекты платными!! Раньше пользовалась часто, сейчас все нужные мне эффекты только при оформлении дорогущей подписки!! С ума сошли ??😡 Работает только с впн, оплату не принимает. Смысла теперь в этом приложении 0! Удаляю !!

I’ve been a VIP for years now, but today, for the first time ever, I’m thinking of canceling it. What happened to the retouch feature? It’s gone! Now only hair, wardrobe, background- where is the face retouch??
I prefer the previous ‘natural’ look in the look section

Trying to purchase the free 3 day trial and my bank keeps declining a $24.98 purchase from the app. Don’t know why it’s charging me for a free 3 day trial. I also tried paying for the 1 week $7.99 subscription and my bank declined the same $24.98 purchase from the app. Weird. Helpbot isn’t any help either

BeautyCam VIP subscription issue
I purchased a BeautyCam VIP subscription through the App Store while using BeautyCam without a registered account. The subscription is currently active when I use BeautyCam without logging into an account.
I later created a BeautyCam account because I want to use the same account on two iPhones. However, when I log into my registered BeautyCam account, my VIP subscription disappears. When I log out, the VIP subscription becomes available again.
My App Store subscription is still active. I do not want to purchase the subscription again. I would like to link my existing App Store VIP subscription to my registered BeautyCam account so I can use the same account and subscription on both iPhones.
Please help me resolve this issue. I have already contacted support but have not received a response.

I paid for a full one-year subscription that is valid until December 2026, but I am now being denied full access to the app. I feel completely misled and deceived by the developer. I paid for the full subscription and expect to receive the full access that I paid for until the expiration date.

안녕하세요 이앱은 정망 고능합니다…이렇게 무료에 다되는앱 정말 처음이에요 근데 하나 더 있었으면 정말 좋겠는 기능은 그 필름카메라 항목에 들어가면 사진을 직접 거기서 찍어야만
여러가지 카메러모드가 적용이 되고 갤러리에서 사진 가져오기를 하면 그 필름카메라에 있는 카메라 필터들이 아니라 다른 필터 몇가지만 적용할수있더리고요
그래거 갤러리에서 가져온 사진도 여러카메라 필터를 씌울수있는 기능이 생기면 정말정말 기쁠것같급니다 제가 11월에 해외여행을 가는데 그때 꼭 이쁜 사진 많이 남기고 싶거든요!! 이런앱 만들어주셔서 너무 감사하고 이 점 한번 고안해주시면 감사하겠습니다

急に課金させようとしてくる
iPhoneカメラのモードでいつもインスタ撮影用に使っていたが、急にVIP仕様の課金を要求されアプリを落としても課金しなきゃiPhoneカメラモードが使えなくなった。期間限定セールだとかなんとかでさっきまで無料で使えてたのに急に課金しなきゃ使えない仕様になった。購入するかしないかは利用者の自由なのに、その選択肢を途中から購入する一択にしてくるようなやり方は宜しくないのでは？こちらは有料になるような加工や設定はしておらず数分前まではいつも通り無料で使えてた。急に仕様を変えてくるのは辞めてほしいですね。途中から無理にでも課金させたいなら最初から購入制の有料アプリにすればいい。

I’ve had this app for 7 years. They took away many features once free. The ads make the app almost unusable. You will have to play a game for 30 seconds to get out of it. Or press a temu wheel for 45 seconds inbetween every photo save

Любая манипуляция с исходным грузом по минуте, как только меняешь активность на другое приложение, сразу всплывает реклама, практики все функции платные, я даже попробовать толком ничего не смогла, замучилась ждать результата, в итоге удалил через 15 минут
