Not user friendly
Tried to purchase a lucky bag, somehow it said my payment method was incorrect. Changed methods and unable to complete purchase as it said I had already purchased one. No help options on app anywhere. Useless.
So easy to use
I downloaded the app trying to get the lucky bags 2021 and the website was not working( I was trying for over an hour) downloaded this and was able to get it within seconds!

Doesn't recognize my account
I've been messing with this thing for way too long. The app asks for your username/password (which I don't know since I always sign-in through Facebook) but even then it won't let me change the password! GAH
GAME CHANGER!!!!!
If you have a Beautylish account, this is a must have. I received an email about joining the launch club on Friday June 19th. I wasn’t able to get the Jeffree Star Cremated palette during his first launch due to constantly being kicked out for using PayPal. After waiting in line for 48 minutes, it was sold out. Beautylish has never let me down, so when I heard they were getting it a month later, I was sold. When you click into the app, it shows every product they have with launch times and a countdown tracker (if it’s within less than 24 hours) I signed up to get a notice when the palette was going to go live. The next day, I received a notification that it was go time! I literally clicked the notification, and it immediately opened the app, brought me to the pay screen with my shipping address and that was it. Clicked the purchase button and within seconds, I had an order number. THIS IS A GAME CHANGER! With so many launches that Beautylish does, I can see me using this and never having to wait in that dreaded pay line screen ever again. This app needs to gain steam because it is truly incredible for any makeup lover!

Super fast
I’m usually at work or outside when new Jeffree Star products drop. This app has been super easy to see when a new release is coming and buy it super quick without the stress of going through a website. I also like not dealing with crashes or clicking a bunch of steps to check out. Definitely the fastest way to buy.

Won’t let me sign in
Downloaded and tried to sign in. Won’t let me create an account since I already have a Beautylish account, but also won’t let me sign in with said account. Horrible
