Their features keep getting worse
First they changed their “highlight” feature and made it somehow worse (I don’t know why they’re altering in the first place when it was perfect before), and now they changed their smooth filter so that it only changes the appearance of your skin instead of the entire photo (which I personally liked better). Please change it back🙏🏽😖

Trial
I signed up for the 3-day free trial, but I was charged shortly after starting the trial. I expected the trial to last for 3 days, so I was surprised to see the charge so soon.

Don’t bother until it’s fixed
Used this for years and now Ive updated with brand new phone the app crashes and takes forever to load anything, then you lose your progress and app closes itself. What is the point in paying for something that just does not work. Please sort the issues out!

This app was so good until it got money hungry. Only 10 pictures a day with glow cam ? That was the only reason I had to app and paying for premium isn’t worth it

Misleading free trial offer
I used to like BeautyPlus and had used this app for years. I even paid for a subscription in the past. After I stopped using it for a long time, I opened the app again and was shown an in-app offer for BeautyPlus Pro with a 3-day free trial.
I accepted only because the offer appeared to include a free trial. I wanted to test the current Pro and AI features before deciding whether to pay for an annual subscription again.
Instead, I was charged $84.99 immediately, and no 3-day trial was provided.
Apple later said I may have used a trial before. But that is exactly the problem: if I was not eligible for another free trial, the app should not have shown me a free trial offer, or it should have clearly warned me before purchase that I would be charged immediately.
I contacted Apple and BeautyPlus support. Apple denied the refund and told me to contact the developer. BeautyPlus kept sending me back to Apple and did not explain why their app showed a trial offer that did not actually apply.
This was a very disappointing and misleading subscription experience. I do not recommend accepting any subscription offer in this app unless you are absolutely sure you will not be charged immediately.

More Money After Subscribing
It sucks that I paid all this money for an annual premium subscription thinking I would have access to all the features and then they roll out new features I need to buy separately so I can use coins that only last a year. I will definitely reconsider when my subscription ends.
Scam
I got charged $60 immediately when I tried out the free subscription. I only had the app for 1 minute and I was immediately notified of the charge. My card is empty so they got no money but now my Apple account is locked and I can’t download any apps because of this stupid app. Shame on yall.
