Needs more features
This app works for basic stuff like savings/checking, depositing checks, and moving $ between accounts. It needs a “forgot password” option, I forget mine a lot. LOL. It also needs a chat assistant so we don't have to call the bank for every little thing. And also an option to fill out and submit forms, like if you want to apply for a loan or open a new account. Also needs an option to wire funds directly from your account to someone else and vice versa. Make having to make a phone call obsolete…PLEASE.

Issues
This app has been terrible. I have had nothing but issues signing into my account. For a while it will let me sign in, then for a couple weeks it won’t. I call the bank and they can’t help.
Ease of use
Love the app. I've been waiting for one for them forever. Way more convenient than always logging in through the website. I only wish it had finger scan log in. I saw the icon but it has since disappeared on the main page and I can't turn it on in settings either. Other than that it's great.
