No obvious way to correct incorrect info

I changed employers and since then, I am unable to view my vaccination certificates. I capture correct CPR number, correct Expiry number and correct Block number. But it keeps telling me that it does not match their records. None of the details above changed. Only help is to call a doctor?? Surely they should have an admin help

I think the app should be updated.. I’m unable to upload photos when required. Other than that, the app is ok.

Unable to edit mobile number for visitors

I’m a visitor and do not have a CPR. I entered a foreign mobile number incorrectly and now the app doesn’t allow me to correct it because my passport number is locked to the incorrect mobile number.

Thank you for your interaction. You can update your mobile number through the app. Tap the top left menu and click on "Update Mobile Number" & follow the on screen instructions. Total waste of money

What is the point of paying for another PCR test and downloading the app if I am in transit and staying in Bahrain for 40 min.. while the test result only comes out a day later!! :I

Worst government app I have come across

It keeps asking to register every 1-2 weeks and having to input all the details over and over again. An inconvenience when you have to show your shield at places and find out I can’t as it’s taken me once again to registration! I have to stand there and register before entering!

Keep logging me out

The app keep logging me out, it says I’m already logged in on another device, which I’m not, this something new, but the logging out problem is always there. Fix this bug.

Trash it and start over

Why can’t I update my phone number? Why is your customer service email not working? Why are your customer service hours so horrible? Literally looking at not being able to enter Bahrain because I can’t update my phone number and the isn’t a soul in the world to help me!

Needs fixing

No way to update passport number or phone number to new information. No way for GCC residents to register for vaccine.

App not working

The app is not allowing me to book CPR test appointments, giving me message “ not eligible to book appointment”. I am registered and there is nothing wrong with my login credentials. No customer support available. Very frustrating.

متعافي أم متوفي

هل اخدتم في الاعتبار او درستم امكانية اضافة تسمية ( متوفي) اذا الشخص توفى وقد تم تشخيصة بالاصابة بكوڤيد ١٩ حتى لو لم يكن الڤيروس هو السبب الرئيسي في وفاته؟ انتم تصنفون الميت تحت تسمية ( متعافي) فهل هذا نقص لم تدرسوه عند اعداد التطبيق ام ان الشخص المتوفي كان متعافياً لكن صُنّف تحت تسمية ( مصاب بالڤيروس)؟
