Unreliable across the board
Bottom line, connectivity is terrible. Can’t get a second phone to connect to the monitor it’s sits at 10%. Did all the trouble shooting reinstalls etc. if you want a reliable baby monitor with a strong signal then this is not the one. And the app itself leaves a lot to be desired
Bad quality
I had the same experience as the one-star reviews- the app is slow to bring the picture on the screen when opened. It takes about 20 seconds and you have to push several buttons to get the picture in the screen, which is precious time when you’re making sure a child is safe. The image freezes so much that I can no longer rely on the image and have to run to the room to check on baby. Very disappointed for such an expensive piece.

Works ok at best
Camera reliably connects, however partner switched the camera from my phone to her phone and there was no notification whatsoever that the camera had been removed from my account. Also unable to make any changes as I’m no longer the “primary user” (should be an option to allow for this). Picture-in-picture option would be great, and switching to any other app tends to not only close the camera but also set the quality back to standard rather than keeping the last setting.

Horrible app
This app can’t be improved. It needs to be redone from the ground up. Clunky interface, unreliable, connection drops frequently. I expected a lot more from such an expensive product. Save yourself some money and buy any other brand. Their customer service is unhelpful or just doesn’t care.
Piece of garbage
Absolute piece of garbage - unuseable. Constantly disconnects and will not reconnect. Network failure. Not connected to server. So many error messages constantly. It is also complicated to use (and im a tech savvy person so thats a lot coming from me). Contacted via website which says 'we reply instantly' and got zero response days later. Had to go and spend hundreds more dollars on a new monitor after spending around $500AU on this. Pretty upsetting! Don't waste your money!

Hybrid monitor that’s really smart
I really like the hybrid design of my IQ monitor. I can use the app if I want to, but I can also use just the audio unit when I’m in the house.

Amazing video quality
First and foremost, the video quality is outstanding. The video in the Bebcare app is super clear and easy to see, even in low-light conditions. The camera itself is also of high quality, and it comes with a movable head, meaning I can look all around the room if I need to.
The best monitor we’ve used
Tried several different monitors and stuck with this one. The video is so clear and works when the nursery is in total darkness.

Terrible
The video and sound work great…when the camera is connected and stays online, which is less than 10% of the time. We have no other connectivity issues in our home and I have it set to all of the recommended settings. Extremely disappointed
