Absolute game changer
I am a first time mom, my husband and I have no family close by and figuring out how to feed solid to our baby was scary. Bebe Foodie is the perfect guide to feed diverse food as early as 4 months. Aside from telling you how to feed baby depending on his/her age, there are recipes to diverse the food journey. One thing I particularly like is that it lists a lot of foods to try which is inspirational for me - as a person I tend to eat a lot of the same things and it helps me diverse the introduction of new foods to my baby. There are a lot of explanations and allergens warning as well - they tell you how to introduce these and when you have to be watchful of reactions. Another amazing aspect is that for each new food you try they tell you what nutrient it brings to your baby and sometimes people can have misconceptions about what nutrients are present in some foods - it makes it so much easier to build very nutrient-rich meals for my baby. And of course you can keep track of everything you tried so far. Honestly I cannot stop to recommend this app.

Love it!
As a feeding therapist and a mom I love this app! It is so helpful to track what foods I’ve offered my baby and how he responds to them. I love its nutritional tips and use it as a guide to continue to introduce new foods/flavors to my baby all the time. One of my other favorite features is the recipes. It’s so nice to be able to pick between meals for just my baby or the whole family. It’s so flexible that I can actually use it day-to-day!

Clearly your best ally in the food intro journey for your baby. This can be a very overwhelming & intimidating world especially when you don’t cook yourself. So I found this app to be my North Star !
