Connecting issue
Doesn’t connect to Bluetooth, flashing light stays blinking so it’s no point in using
Great -At First - then breaks
This worked great for the first two months or so but on the third month, the light started working intermittently and it stopped connecting to the app properly. There’s no more image displayed and it bugs out intermittently as if there’s a really poor connector in the device that had worn out quickly.

Good device but the program makes it stop working
I’d buy a different brand this is my 3rd one and I realized it’s the program not the device that stops working. They won’t do refunds either on 30 days
The app is not connecting anymore
I used to have one of these and I loved it. But now after ordering I’m so disappointed to see that the app doesn’t work anymore to pair with my Bebird. Very upset thinking that I wasted my money buying this

Update made worse
At least before the update it would connect and you could get a nice 5 or so minutes of cleaning. Now I can’t connect at all and the very few times I connect it last no more than 10 before it kicks you off and disconnects

App used to connect now it doesn’t
I don’t know what’s up but this app used to work perfectly now the WiFi system just doesn’t work completely and requires a password?? I have had no issues till this point, it is really frustrating because I did restart my device multiple times and reinstalling yet nothing worked…
Literally horrible
It connects for like 5 seconds and then just stops. I have to constantly reconnect the device and it’s really a waste of money and time.
Used to work, now doesn’t
I’ve had the tool for a few years and it’s always worked great. Except now the app refuses to connect/show the video. I’ve restarted my phone and device multiple times. When I go to connect manually it takes me to the apps in settings rather than WiFi. When I manually connect to the device WiFi, it still will not show the camera on the app. The device stops blinking and acts like it’s connected, but the app will not allow the video to pop up. I’m very frustrated after two days of trying to use a tool that worked fine before. This app needs to be fixed immediately. I also tried turning off cellular data like other reviews suggested with no success.

i don't know what you guys updated but you ruined the rotation i literally can't use it correctly anymore i went from really easy to use to feeling like im trying to cut the back of my hair in the mirror aka extremely hard to figure out where to go correctly i keep hitting the walls of the inside of my ear and hurting myself because i can't do it easily and gently the way i use to and i can't find the tab where you can rotate it manually anymore i swiped up i clicked multiple times i held pressed the screen nothing no point in even having it anymore because it's impossible to use now really frustrating because i use to love this thing
