Doesn’t connect
As many others state, it’s impossible to pair the device to your iPhone. It connects automatically and successfully shows bebird Wi-Fi device connected, but then immediately asks you to manually connect as if it failed.

Doesn’t matter what I do, it simply won’t connect to the app. Buyer beware that you will more than likely than not have the same issues
Read before buying..2 year experience
The ends that come with any of the models will break… and the ends aren’t cheap so keep that in mind plus the app has been freezing up last two weeks and there’s no new update. If you buy an expensive one maybe it will last longer but I’m speaking from someone who’s used Bebird two years. Def better to buy a brand with reusable tips instead of cheap metal

WIFI PASSWORD?
I click on the Be-bird wifi icon and it’s asking for a password and it’s not accepting my WiFi password as the correct password what’s supposed to be there?
Update crashed my device
Updated the app now my older device does not work. How about some backward compatibility..!!
Some Issues
I bought the new ultra X device in May and it already doesn’t work. A new device is being shipped. When I connect the device everything is fine until I choose the clear ear option… the camera light goes out and stops working, all I can see is a black screen. The tongue and nose option works and uses the camera to my phone instead of the Bebird devices camera.
Also I live in a very rural area so not being able to connect to your WiFi to use the device is terrible. You’re not able to connect and chat with a live agent if you don’t have reliable cell phone reception.
It seems like the last app update may have caused issues and limiting the device connection to a local device connection only is pretty restrictive. It also prevents calls and texts from coming through when you rely on WiFi calling/texting abilities — for the people who don’t have a house phone…..

Only problem.
It is a really creative application.However,there’s critical frame drop some times.If this is solved,it sure would be better.

It’s ok with some shortcomings on iPad
This app needs to be made to work on an iPad in landscape orientation. That’s how 90% of iPad users use it.

App no longer connects to device. Flickering light.
I paid a lot of money for this product only to have to throw it away. It doesn’t connect, when it does the light and camera won’t turn on. It worked perfectly until the big app redesign. Now the light flickers when trying to connect. Battery is fully charged to btw.
Dim light or turns off
I have the D39R. I have bought 3 of them. 1 of them the light is dim and no matter what I do, it doesn’t get brighter. The other 2 the light turns off or the screen on the app is completely black and I can’t see anything. I’ve tried everything that I possible can. And nothing works.

いつも耳掃除させてくれない子どもが積極的にさせてくれて画面見ながらだと全く恐くない！と。めちゃくちゃ取れて感激しています。
カメラの角度など難しいですが今後慣れると思います。画素数高い方を購入したので本当に良く見えます。楽しい！
