Amazing clarity and stable
Using the bebird earsight ultra with this app has been extremely stable.
We used it on and off, 10-15 mins session each time and it never failed to connect.
Amazing image clarity and no perceived latency at all!
The only thing I wish the app has is the ability to turn off the auto-orientation when we rotate the earsight ultra.

Refusing to connect

Great tool
This is a great app for people like me that wear hearing aids that have sometimes in the past lost the silicone domes that fit in your ear and can’t always be seen by just looking in the ear with your eyes. This allows for you to see inside the ear canal and with mini surgical grabber like found on Amazon can easily be retrieved out of the ear canal without pain risk or damage to the ear.

Connection issue
Will not remain connected and when it does connect there is no camera view being transmitted. I’m trying with the R1 series.
Great device and app
After charging the device and downloading the app, it was easy to connect and use. The basic instructions included are straightforward and all that is needed to get started. The cotton end of a qtip came off in my ear. With this device, I could see and remove it easily and look at my ear canal afterwards too. Perfect!! Only things that would make it even better is more detailed videos on suggestions for using the different attachments included with the device. And I wish mine had a flexible camera so it would bend in my ear like the version in the video. Highly recommend this device and app!

How to fix when not connecting ⬇️
I almost returned my Bebird because I thought the app wasn’t working, but it turned out the issue was my phone, not the app. If you’re having trouble connecting, turn off your cellular data and connect only to the Bebird WiFi. Once I did that, it connected right away and worked perfectly.
I think a lot of the negative reviews are from people having this same issue. It would be really helpful if the app told users to turn off cellular data during setup. Other than that, it’s a great app and the camera quality is amazing.

Light stopped working.
I usually don’t write reviews but wanted to say it was great for about a year or so and then the light stopped working. Before there was an option to turn the light on but it was greyed out. With this current update, they removed the light function entirely. I tried following the troubleshoots found online such as resetting the device etc. Nothing. Interpret that as you wish.

Useless product
The app doesn’t connect to the device. The light on the device will stop blinking and stay lit when you connect to its “WiFi” but the app itself will not detect the device. Literally useless without being able to use the camera.
Coolest product ever
I didn’t know this product existed until I got my ears looked at the hospital. Turns out the hospital swears by these and only use these to inspect ears.
