Crap app - totally agree
Makes it almost impossible to pair your thermostats.
Also if you have more than two devices - forget about it, max of 2 thermostats per app.
I have 3 and never managed to have it all working at the same time.
Please avoid and look for a better alternative.

This took forever to figure out how to connect but now thanks to Tomas Andre’s tips.
I’m up and running over WiFi and 4G ✊🏿
As he states change server address to: bestbeca.cn
Also to be safe change your WiFi connection password so that it has less than 8 characters

Chocolate teapot
Can’t find wireless network, not been configured for IPhone as the keyboard masks the bloody box where you need to type. Then crashes. I might have more joy asking my toaster to turn the temperature up.
Beca thermostat
Have tried numerous ways to get this unit to pair all attempts have failed, emailed Beca support (no help at all) contacted the seller little help forwarded. I guess if you are reading this through the app reviews its to late. Sorry!
