Cheap crap

They created it because it’s cheap and easy way to “monitor“ phone activity, which is of course, not car activity. They can stuff it.

Inaccurate

Since their last update, I’ve been unfairly graded on my driving performance. Unfair and inaccurate grading system.

Junk app

Probably designed by some snowflake nerd that rides a bicycle to work, but corporations love simple grading solutions even if they spew out in accurate data. Just think of it, this stupid app makes all its calculations based on the movement of your phone in the car, ridiculous.

Data recording has changed

Driving used to record 90's to 100 every trip. Now records in the 60's and 70's. There is no way to determine if the app changed or company phone is damaged. I will now turn off phone when traveling.

Privacy what? Tracks you prior to your shift start hello?

Dishonest Application

Got an email about this application telling you to use the work mode setting for the app’s limited privacy...thing is the app turns off this feature on its own.
The only thing you can do is to set the apps locations feature to never in setting when you're off hours to stay compliant. It legitimately tracked me walking my dog at 8pm as a slow cruise around the block.

0/10 because you know this app wasn’t actually tested, like most things that come out of our factories.

Worst conceivable tracking app

1 star because 0 stars isn’t available.

The Worst!

This app inaccurately records driver behavior. Data recorded is based off the sensors of one’s phone. For instance if f you set your phone in your vehicles cup holder it will record all the vibrations along the way as if you are swerving in and out down the road.

Download a sensor tool for your IPhone and watch the charts as you slowly shake your phone. You will see what I mean. Throw your phone to the back seat while driving and I guarantee it will register as a crash.

Say it’s used as a tool for coordination to track. Simply it’s micromanagement. You would think for a company with such high turnover they would bend over backwards to gain the trust of their FSEs.

I’m sure this will be used against us in our reviews to lower our multiple and end of year bonus like everything else.

No trust here bottom line! 👎🏻

Half baked

App doesn’t have accurate speed limit data for all roads, so you get dinged for speeding when actually going the speed limit.

App registers you messing with your phone even while your parked, so don’t respond to emails or texts when you arrive to a customer account. Only do so after you get out of the car.

Some of the drives get scored at zero with no way to dispute.

This really needs to go back in the oven before it’s launched.

Perfect timing. I’m surprised they didn’t put this app in a chip they somehow implanted in our skin. Now we will be plugged into Big Beckman 24/7/365. The amount if data they will collect will grow and grow and grow. After all, Amazon is hosting. Every thought, every turn, every blowing of your nose, there to be discussed on your next review. Everything you do will come into question and under scrutiny. And what if the human has a question or disputes the data? Sorry, the “app” has the final say. Have fun...
