Great customer service
I had to go into the store in Peoria Heights, Illinois on 7/10/24 to get a receipt for my gas purchase. After I got the receipt I asked Alisa the cashier why I didn’t get the discount on the gas I got, she asked me if I had the Beck’s app. I know that at one time I signed up. I put my phone number in when I was at the pump but it didn’t work. Alisa took the time to ask if she could see my phone. She went through the apps I did have found that it was not on my phone. She then went to the ap store and downloaded it for me. After doing that she explained that when I opened it it would ask me to create my profile. I want to thank Alisa for taking the time to help me with my problem. She was very pleasant and glad to help me and she explained how the app worked. Thank you for hiring such a wonderful young lady. I shall return to do my business with Beck’s either in Peoria Heights or Washington, Illinois again and I will recommend Beck’s to my friends and family.

Cleanest, best value place around! The employees actually care. The value is second to none!
App Broken
Since last update app crashes every time you try to open it but this seems to be a problem with the iPhone X only, have tried reinstalling and rebooting phone, people I know with the app on older and newer phones do not seem to have an issue. On top of it you can not even get on the developer website to inquire or let them know there is an issue.
