Shady people
There is no way to report shady behavior and shady people. Needs to be a better vetting system for places and lists updated.
Can’t believe you have to pay for this app
I think it’s absolutely ridiculous to have the customer pay for the service. This is no different than airbnb. It makes sense for the service providers to pay a monthly/yearly fee but for the customer, it doesn’t make sense. This isn’t a service most would use on a regular basis.

It won’t let me edit any of my account anymore. I can’t get in there to delete or do anything I can only see it. Super frustrating
How amazing!!!
Very user friendly! Has options in places most people ok sure have not visited as most locations are unfamiliar to me anyways, and I’ve been a lot of places throughout Ontario. Will recommend this for anyone looking to travel with the horse.
Efficient and useful
I like the way the app is set up and searching for all sorts of amenities is super easy! Was glad to pay the subscription for the time I needed it, it made it a lot easier to find overnight boarding for my horse while moving her states and also was a great touch that some places listed that they also had rooms/housing!

So sad this app is so terrible :(
Just subscribed and paid the yearly fee, set up a property… and now they won’t let me open the app without subscribing AGAIN. $39 waisted. I have an amazing property for horses and humans alike but because the app is messed up no one can stay here. Not paying every time I open this darn thing 🤬
Wasted my money
Thought would be a wonderful site to help me find where I could go with my horses…so signed up last year…
First time I went to use it, I could not get on the site.
I thought that it was just because I forgot my password but when I reset it still did not let me get on the site. I tried to email support but that turned out to be an unknown site..so I am deleting my account so that they can not get more of my money…
Would have been nice cause I am now set up to do lots of traveling with my horses.

No way to even see the features without signing up
Having to provide payment info before even seeing the layout and features is horribly poor practice. I’m not trusting financial data to an unknown developer even for a claimed three day trial without some idea of how the app works. This is not about expecting it to be free. It’s about the vendor providing far more up front before demanding payment info. I’m in the tech business and refuse to accept this.

Doesn’t work
This app is honestly so frustrating. You pay to subscribe and it works for the first time it’s opened. And then if you go to open the app back up it says you must subscribe to use feature. It’s horrible.

Cannot get ahold of anyone to cancel my subscription, I found this app to be a total waste of time and money
Essential to Horse Travel
This is single handedly one of the greatest apps for traveling with horses! Not just for layovers, boarding, and travel! This app allows you to find local farriers, veterinarians and therapists for horses! Talk about all in one. We’ve needed an app like this for a while. I can’t tell you how many people have a hard time finding farriers and vets around here. Thank you! - Enchanted Equestrian Center p.s. We WILL pay for this service and the fact there is retime trouble shooting.

Very disappointed
Once i paid for the subscription to the app the app wont let me use it and keeps telling me to pay for a subscription. Then i click a subscription and it says ive paid then tells me error and i cannot use the app
