Finally works well
There were some issues at the beginning but it seems they’ve been finally resolved. The app was updated and works well now. I have all critical info, will buy the next heart.

Products their are selling are of very poor quality and if you claim warranty then they tell you it’s your own fault. I can’t recommend this at all

Ich weiß nicht ob das Gerät funktioniert.
Macht stört das man für ein Gerät mehre Apps benötigt und keine funktioniert. Nach Aufruf des Support wird mal laufend nach Fotos gefragt ohne zu sagen von Was. Ich bin der Meinung wenn schon die Apps unübersichtlich sind sollte der Support wenigsten Funktionieren. Ich kann die Waage und die Apps nicht weiter empfehlen und möchte einfach nur noch mein Geld zurück.

Poor reliability
The heart and scales are not that reliable- batteries do not last a season and the Bluetooth from the devices when installed into the hives are affected by the metal QE which affects the comma between the devices and modem, my modem failed after one session due to water ingress the modem has a solar cell so should be able to weather all conditions outside the hives. The data collection is flaky and stops recording after a while. The unit look good but are not up to the job and are all flaky - in the past I had problems ordering from this company in terms of payments as their web site failed to produce an order number after taking payment from a credit card.

Too much with no written instructions
It took me 3 weeks to get it working because I bought the product from a store vice direct. It has been 3 weeks and a lot of blank fields still. Even though most of the blanks don’t relate to their home product, I can’t figure why the would bundle something you use in your home into a bee product. With all that said there are no written instructions as to why I’d be concerned with some of the reading. It is a good base for a great product but needs to figure out a few things.

Keine Möglichkeit die Anzeigen für seine Belange zusammen zu stellen.
Sehr unübersichtlich und bedienungsfreundlich
Ich hätte für das Geld der Gesamtausrüstung deutlich mehr erwartet. Auch nach 8 Monaten nach dem Kauf immer noch keine Weiterentwicklung der APP. Statt dessen ständig Emails mit Angeboten zum Kauf weiterer Produkte Ich finde erst einmal Leistung bringen, dann Werbung und nicht umgekehrt.

HiveMonitoring failed to displays data
Hello, the latest version update fail to load the recorded data over past 2 years. There are no data showing in every week,month/year selected.

This has Improved our beekeeping
We have two hives using the suite offered by Beehivemonitoring.
This consists of Hive Heart, XS hive scale and Bee Counter. The data from these devices is excellent and has facilitated us to intervene and save the hives during the cold winter. With out the data we would not have intervened. This is a great system and we are expanding our use of the system. Online chat help works well.

App funktioniert nicht und schlechter Support
Ich ärgere mich, das Geld für die Stockherzen ausgegeben zu haben, denn die App funktioniert überhaupt nicht. Support nur über Online-Chat der Webseite - ja wenn es ein Support wäre! Nur vorformulierte Standardsätze, aber keine Hilfe.
