None of my desired area codes are supported so I can't use the app. I don't know why I can't use it without the area code, but I deleted the app because it's completely useless in this area. Can't speak to any of the features because I can't use them.

This Bee mortgage app has delivered a rather impressive calculator. It is QUICK… it’s EASY to use… and these figures are ACCURATE. I am impressed by this initial lunch and excited to learn of some of the future capability through this tool. Bee has got something special going on.
Why isn’t it this easy with other lenders
You guys seem to have cracked the code! The easiest and quickest pre-approval I have every seen. Your disrupting mortgage like Uber and actually giving the borrower what they want. Quick, painless and at a better price. I didn’t even have to upload all my income paperwork or bank accounts!
Extremely Helpful
We were first time buyers and used this app to figure out what price range to be shopping in. The estimated payment was very close to what we ended up paying with our mortgage now. This is a great starting point for first time buyers.
Love the app
I’m in the process of buying a home and love how easy the app calculates the entire mortgage payment, not just principle and interest. The button at the bottom that adjusts the purchase price is really neat so I know what my max buying $ is.

Bee is very accurate. I just bought a house and my final payment was within $20 of the estimate I got with this app!!
Field tested accuracy
Actual Bee customer here. I was a first-time buyer and can tell you from experience this calculator is very accurate when you adjust the qualifying amount L-R with the slider button at the bottom. The total monthly payment and closing costs were very close to what I closed with (also with Bee). I got a very low rate and the process was very smooth. They’re in a private testing phase right now but when they release it in Florida, this is the app to use if you don’t want to bother with a bunch of phone calls, emails and stuff. It’s a lot like Venmo and Uber, and done entirely on your phone.

I am so thankful for being able to utilize this app. It was an easy, seem-less process to let me know what I qualify for when purchasing a home. Being a tech nerd, I knew I could trust the app given that it's based off of block chain technology. Highly recommend this app!!

Incorrect info
The App told me I could only afford a house at 1.8x times my yearly income; which has a mortgage about 38% of my monthly rent. This is completely useless info as most people are buying houses 6-8x their income. Not even close to what brokers are telling me.
App won’t load
I have downloaded and deleted 3 times. Won’t fully boot up. I get the intro 2 slides and then it quits loading. If you hit skip it won’t load either. Looks like maybe a bug needs to be fixed.
Pointless
No matter how much you enter in the calculator, it caps out around $600K and tells you it’s an aggressive loan, even with the debt to income ratio at 8%. Waste of time.

Amazing app to get an idea of what I can qualify for based on my income and down payment based on a regulated mortgage! Reading through the comments below, did you all miss the value slider on the bottom of the app where you could adjust the value slider for the purchase price? I have compared this to my purchase of a home and it is on point for what the closing costs are estimated at and everything!

This is just a calculator app with an incorrect formula. This is a 1 feature app that does nothing for me. SMH MIT grads who developed this app.
