Great idea but buggy with no customer support

Love the concept and features but the UX has bugs, and the developer does not reply to serious issues such as paid mode not being unlocked after payment or flashing red error code messages that interfere with app use. Will have to cancel paid subscription unless this changes in the next week.

Fun to use, just one Suggestion!

I never really write reviews but I really like this product as someone who has used gamified task managers before. I love the personalized encouraging messages as someone with ADHD and think the subscription is worth it.

The only major downside is without any google-calendar and/or reminders integration it seems to be difficult to use or rely on the tool as a task manager

I think this should be five stars but I can’t tell without a longer trial!

Hi there, this is a very promising app with lots of features I like the look of. But because you need to earn a LOT of XP before unlocking the features that I *think* I’d be willing to pay for, there’s not enough time during the free trial to decide whether I can justify the cost of the upgrade. What I’d love is either to test drive a full-featured version and have the option to be bumped back down once deciding to upgrade, or have an upgrade requirement that kicks in to keep features that have been unlocked while in free trial mode. I’m all for gamification, but it also has to function as a task manager and the way this is set up I can’t really try before I buy! (The discount code offer is mis-timed for the same reason IMO)

Fantastic!!

I’ve been trying a lot of these apps, and I LOVE this one. It’s one of my top 2 now, along with Finch (and BeeDone might end up winning). Personally, it beat Habitica, Focus Hero, and WaterDo (and all the apps that were more checklist/to-do based). The various AI tools have ended up being very helpful, this app is such a VERSATILE all-in-one! I have a to-do list (assignable to different days & times with optional reminders, has difficulty levels & categories), Habits (try to build these daily/weekly/monthly), and morning/night/afternoon routines! Having it all in one place is so much easier, and helps me choose what to do every time I’m at a decision point (instead of rooting through my reminder app, alarm app, and to-do note). The various AI tools are also great, and I kind of like how they unlock over time, so it’s not overwhelming. My biggest wish for this app, is if I could choose certain days of the week for my habits & my morning/night/afternoon routines. For example, I’m doing IPL laser MWF, and I shave TThFSa. I wish my routine would only show them on the respective days. My workaround writing in the task name which days to do it, and crossing it off when done and on skip days. But being able to set days of the week would be awesome. Thank you, creator!!

Best mobile AI to do app!

This app is polished, esthetically pleasing and has a lot of excellent features and is fun to use! Developer is also super responsive and is constantly thinking of ways to make it even better. You may have to play around the app a bit. But there are “hidden gems” that makes you go “Wow. That is cool.” Let’s just say that of all the to do apps I have, this is the one I want to keep adding to dos to. 😊 Thank you 🙏

Ps. Not sure why other people have issues with the free trial. You can cancel it before the trial ends like any other similar Apple apps offers. And later, you can still come back and choose a subscription or purchase.

In-app purchases- deceptive marketing

I was surprised when I downloaded this app that there were no in app purchases reported before downloading—only to find out when I finished setting up my account that at the end it said there would be a $47 fee after a one week free trial. After that, I immediately deleted my account and the app. Very deceptive marketing.

Can’t use it anymore!!!!

For the first two days, this app was truly amazing for me. I didn’t buy the subscription and seemed ok without it, But now every time I get in it pops up to subscribe to a yearly payment and I can’t get out to the menu! I can’t even use it anymore!
Edit: I understand the need for subscriptions but advertising it would be nice. It doesn’t say in-app purchases in the App Store, and clearly states you can use the app without purchasing, it’s just limited. This wasn’t the case. It was only a ‘free trial’ for base game.

Can't set priority?!

There's a way to set a difficulty level for a task, but no priority levels?!

The habit area at the bottom confuses me. Maybe a video explaining? The habit buttons are so big, don't see many on screen.

Hate that I need to get points to use organizing and prioritizing features as a ploy to get me beyond the 7 day trial waiting to get the game points to access all the features they say are great.

But the clincher for the rating is I can't keep photos with tasks, I take a lot of pics as my task reference. Whether it be an advertisement or bill etc.

The habit carouselle have being redesign since then. I'm sorry if you didn't get acces to everything from the start this is for the progress level gamification strategy to bring your to the right feature in the right moment.

Best app for ADHD

I’m obsessed with this app and it makes my to do list fun, also love that it can randomly assign tasks in the future when you need to remember to do a task but don’t have a time crunch 10000/10 recommend

All evidence of cost is hidden until you finish signing up. Even then, you have to go looking for it.

The ai copyright theft "art" looks like a dog's breakfast, btw.

Cannot cancel subscription

I downloaded this app to give it a try. It wasn’t what I was looking for so I deleted my account the same day. I am still getting charged for the app and haven’t found a way to cancel the subscription even when my account no longer exists. I’ve had my bank blocking these charges, but it would be nice to figure out how to stop getting charged.

Strangely addictive…

I’m loving BeeDone! Something about it is super sticky, making me want to get more and more done, and yet, so far no burn out! It’s just FUN I guess. 😁 Really hope the app catches on and sticks around for the long haul, because it’s a serious game changer.

I’ve been looking for a gamified task manager and this is more than I expected.
I’ve found the interface to be very intuitive and was also super impressed at their use of ai.

It automatically adds a little icon for each task. But THE COOLEST PART is how there’s a little note created for each task.

“Your mom would love to hear from you. Give her a call and make her day!”

“Let's get this out of the way. Call your dermatologist and make the payment. You'll feel lighter once it's done.”

Definitely designed with ADHDers in mind. It’s easy to add a task quickly without thinking about it too much. There’s a whole lot more I could say… but just try it out.

“No Purchases”

In the App Store there says there’s no in app purchases, however, since I started creating an account they kept asking for me to subscribe and pay monthly or yearly fees. Honestly, that wasn’t even an issue for me until they limited how many habits I could have without purchasing the subscription.
