There is no place to be able to communicate with them or review their products. I love their products but this app isnt good

Super slow, locks up my phone and makes it hot when using it. I will not be using it again in the future. Deleted from my phone.
Great product, mid app
I love beak man! Literally life changing I have severe eczema and this has helped tenfold! However the app is so frustrating in the way it glitches or it’s too slow. Faithfully at checkout there’s a weird pause and I have to start at square one. Also it logs me out or when I want to use points, it doesn’t allow me. Perhaps I’m simply impatient, but again. GREAT products! 10/10- the APP

Products great. Website flaky
I always seem to get an issue with checkout not refreshing page correctly when I apply points. My latest order say $121 then $101 with a grayed out button and finally went through at $111 when I closed browser and tried again. Nearly gave up though and not first time I have had issues :(
