Do not use this taxi company
Prebooked a week in advance because I had a dog to take with me, and even phoned to confirm 30 minutes before my scheduled pickup time.
20 mins after they were supposed to pick me up they finally phone to tell me that their driver is still at least 45 mins away, and that no one else is available because they are all breaking their fasts (which was why I prebooked in the first place)…

Quite bad!
Booked a ride to the airport and they called me twenty minutes before my pickup to say driver had been in accident then five minutes later they call again to say drivers car broken down!? Fortunately, neighbour took me to airport instead. Have sent several emails and not one reply. Terrible service and app promises so much!

Better cab service then Uber
Booked a cab with uber early morning to go to airport. Every time a driver gets allocated and after few seconds received message that job has been cancelled. After waiting 20 minuyes with out any cab i googled beeline and century cars. Called them and spoke to Yama the contractor and he quoted me the fare and sent me driver. Wth in few minutes driver was on my door step. Very professional service. Helpful driver. And fix price not like uber.

Best taxi service in North West London
This is the only reliable taxi cab company in whole North west London. I have been using them for last 3 years regularly. Every time they turn up on time cars are always clean and controllers are very helpful
Unreliable car company
Though they promise on time pickups, they don't deliver. Without letting me know, they had moved my booking by two hours - and the original time still appeared in the app. When called to complain, they offered no explanation other than that it was my fault (I had incorrectly entered my flight number - but they made no attempt to contact me to reconcile the disparity), they were exceptionally rude, and told me I asked too many questions. London has lots of pleasant and reliable minicab firms. This isn’t one of them.

They cancel the trips for no reason, I book in advance with 30 min 3 drivers waste my time after 5 min they cancel the trip! Costumer support is awful!!! Better pay Uber or Kapten than wasting your time!!
Brilliant & reliable
I use this cab firm all the time for my travels, they are fast, reliable & cheaper than Uber. I love the fact that you can get a quote via the app before booking & that it ranges in vehicles for you to choose from. You can also track the vehicle once booked & schedule bookings in advanced!

Fantastic App. You can book, edit, cancel and track you vehicle. You can also see which driver is where and how long it would take him to get to you.
Abysmal app
Doesn't know where you are, doesn't send a car, cancels your pickup for no reason at all. Thought this might be a better priced alternative to uber. It might be if it worked.
