Simple and Effective
This is the perfect app for this need. Add a beer, add notes, add a rating. That’s all I wanted and that’s what I got. Simplicity and perfection in an over-engineered world.

I like the app, but I wish I could fine tune the ratings. A beer at 8 might be almost as good as a 9. And to say all my 9s are the same…
(Almost) Exactly what I wanted
A simple app to keep track of the beers you drink. No unnecessary social features or outdated databases. You drink a beer, you log that beer. Does it need to be more complicated?
We’ll…maybe. The only fields are Photo, Name, Country, Region, Brewery, and Notes. It would be helpful to have “Style” and “ABV” fields to make searching and sorting easier.
Also, you can rate the beer on a scale of 1-10…but you can’t edit the rating once you add it. You can have multiple time stamped rating, but you can’t change or delete them.
I would rate it 3 stars, but the fact that this is a free app gets it another star. If the developer added those fields and allowed you to edit your rating, this would be a 5 star app worth paying for.

Easy to use
This is exactly what I have been looking for to document beers I try while traveling. It is very easy to enter the beer name, brewery, location, rating, and any note you want to add. The app will list them in whichever order you choose (name, location, etc) and you can search by the same criteria. I travel 150+ days per year to any of 115 locations (flight attendant) and need a way to keep track of beers I’ve tried so I know which are my favorites as well as which breweries I haven’t tried yet. This app fits the bill perfectly.
