Poor customer service and pay
There’s a lot of errors when utilizing the app. Whoever is in charge of the support team doesn’t respond and the payout turnaround time is not worth the hassle. Pay is also very low for how much content is being asked by the creator. Deleting this app as soon as I get paid..
If I could give 0 I would.
They have a 30 day payout policy so it doesn’t matter what you do you will have to wait 30 days to receive your money.
With my personal experience with this app has not been good. The app itself is very laggy when you’re looking through campaigns some pictures may show up some pictures. May not which that’s not a big deal for me.
When you have an issue, but also the time that it takes for support to get back to try to help resolve the issue that’s one reason I’m giving it this review. Terrible app and I will be deleting as soon as payout comes though!

Authentication Error
I downloaded the app and uploaded all of my info, was playing around with the practice templates and all of the sudden the app kicked me off and won’t let me log back in. It won’t recognize my email or password. As soon as I open it it pops up with “Authentication Error”. I’ve deleted the app and redownloaded it and it is still not working. Is there a current bug that is being worked on?

The reason I’m giving it this review is because the difficulty to find the support. When you have an issue, but also the time that it takes for support to get back to try to help resolve the issue that’s one reason I’m giving it this review. The other reason is a major one when you click on the payout option, it gives you no instructions on what type of payout they are wanting, but also when I go to type, I can’t see any of my letters that I’m typing so there’s no way for me to input any type of payment information for me to get paid on this app. I’ve already contacted support. I’ve not heard anything back from them of course so needless to say I will not be using this app I was hired to do a job for $200. I was excited about it. I clicked on my payment information to make sure everything was accurate and that’s when I discovered there’s no way for me to get paid on here. This may just be my experience with the app I don’t know, but that’s the reason for my review so good luck make sure you double check your payout info before starting any work.

What is even this app?
Does this app even work? I had a profile and I’ve literally applied to close to over 100 campaigns and I’m either shortlisted or opted in. It doesn’t look like anything is active. Now, there was an update about a hour ago and I couldn’t log in and had to make a whole new profile. On top of that, all the “brands” are now just gibberish with random information on it. One even has profanity written over the top of the picture. What is going on?!!!!
