6/29 update has messed up perfect audio
Listening to anything was working great after the last update. No interruptions due to moving through segments and categories while inspecting. Now its happening again :(
Easy to use
That seems to be easy to use to me, but I wish it would accommodate newer Drones
Need a fix for audio not playing while inspecting
When in an inspection, if you are listening to a podcast or any type of audio it will play up while you are taking elevation pictures up until you switch to a different category such as fence or storage shed. The audio will pause and you have to hit play again. The only problem is that it will happen again when you switch back to elevation photos. This happens every time you switch so it’s really impossible to listen to a business-focused podcast or anything beneficial! It is quite frustrating as this was not the case a year or two ago. Is a good idea of business but the payment is insufficient
Bees hasn’t fixed simple things
Bees used to be pretty cool and I made a lot of money with them. They have recently changed so much that I barely make enough to scrape by with fuel prices. They don’t really seem to fix the app to make things better for pilots, but they do for insurance carriers. Never once has the in app phone calling program worked for me. The in app messaging is hit and miss most of the time.

Pilot beware of pay
Pilot beware of pay, extremely low rate. The insurance adjuster told me the insurance company pays bees360 over 400 for this and the pilot only get 25 for exterior, 35 for exterior and interior and 45 for premium. On average you will spend 1 hour driving, 1 hour doing inspection, 1 hour back. So 45 divided by 3 is 15 bucks per hour. Better off doing uber eats. Also they owe still owe me money.

Watch your battery
I got through the whole certification process and up to the test inspections. It worked really well until my drone battery got low. The app sent a warning and all of a sudden dropped my drone out of the sky!! No return to home option, no “hey there, better land your drone!” Nope. Now my drone is need of repairs. Developers, you need to add a return to home feature once the battery is up. Don’t just drop the drone!!

Exactly which DJI drone does this autonomous flight mode work with? The height altitude is not accurate and often times measuring distance to ground not roof.

Could have some improvements
The red warning for too high above roof is annoying. On some roofs the downward sensor may be looking at the ground. The red outline makes it much harder to frame shots. Also distance above roof should be displayed so I know how high i am without the red warning. The auto focus beeps are very annoying as well. After drone is done, it should not turn off camera before it is landed. In some cases, especially on flat roofs, the camera can be helpful for the return flight.

1. When closeup is taken, if the drone is less than 7 feet away from the object directly below it, a red height alert will be displayed. 2. When the drone is downloading images, the camera cannot be used. If you want to use the camera while landing, you can land the drone first and then complete the drone task.

It’s the best way for drone pilots to get exploited for your work. It’s be on the location of wherever you live. As soon as you make the money, you’ll be putting it back into gas and car repairs. Don’t be fooled by companies like this.

Great app for home inspections
I love the app that Bees 360 provides us pilots to do home inspections. I love the updates as well. They are trying to make it as effortless on the pilots part as can be, and for the most part it is. I do have one piece of advice when you go to take training online I think I would have a little more in-depth training on how to use the app, I have been doing this for several months now and I still don’t believe I know all the ends in the out of how to use the app properly. And I used to know where the pilot helpdesk was and I cannot find that anywhere now trying to use my mini three in this app because it says it supported on android only, but the problem is every android device. I have tried to use with my mini three Pro. It does not work other than that I still give it a five star rating.

I love the app but…..
I love the app, but wish that the insured names were listed as well as the addresses because when the insured called me back, I have to scroll into each file to see the names.
Secondly, I wish that it supported more drones like the DJI AIR 3 and I hope the mini 4 pro will be supported as well.

Since the DJI SDK doesn't support Mavic 3, we can't support it for now. We will update as soon as DJI supports Mavic 3.
