Rarely works, years since updates
I should of checked the dates of the review. Waste of a few quid. Interface gets stuck on pictures used and won’t show new ones, crashes out lots of times. Shame as it was a simple thing that it worked I would quite like

Bro, I’m tryna do a time-development project and I really need to flash to turn off, is there not a button to turn off the flash ? or is it just my phone not working

Enfin une application qui fait dès avant après parfait ! Gros problème c’est que je prends la majorité avec le grand angle de mon téléphone. Du coup impossible de faire dès avant après avec des anciennes photo :/ ça serait top de rajouter juste le choix de l’objectif ! Sinon c’est super :)

App works excellent after becoming familiar
I purchased this app to align two previously taken pictures, and to my surprise found it wasn't possible. After contacting the programmer and receiving a timely response, I discovered alignment is achieved only when taking the second photo. It's simple as you:
1) Select (or take) the 1st photo
2) Acquire a second photo by taking a picture. When preparing to "snap" a second photo, alignment of the that one (with the 1st) becomes obvious.
I noticed from some low rated reviews they had the same expectations as I did when purchasing. After pursuing it further did I find how it worked and am glad I did. In taking the second picture, you are aiming the image on your phone camera through a transparent "template" of the first, enabling a very versatile alignment method.
Now that I'm familiar with it's use, I'm looking forward to some sharp before & after photos!

“Before” and “after” font
Could the developers have put in a bit more effort for the “before” and “after” font?

Import from camera roll doesn’t work
I’ve tried to import “before” photos from my camera roll and when I’ve selected the picture/s I want. I only get a black screen and when you click done the app crashes and goes to the desktop icons. This app doesn’t do as it states and is full of bugs! Looks like it will work when taking pictures with the app, but I’m not doing my project again for that.

Need an update
Great to take aligned pictures. Pretty basic function. but too simple. Also need update, for example, app just quit. It cannot delete a project.

Can’t get it to work with existing photos
I wanted to use this app to line up two existing photos I had. Was 100% unable to do so for two reasons:
1. Adding existing photos from my phone showed nothing but a black box.
2. Once you pick a before picture, it takes you straight to the camera so you can’t pick a second image from your library.
I’m sorry... the concept was great but it just doesn’t work yet.

Does not ever work
Cannot ever get a ‘before’ photo to load - it just spins

I just wasted $2.00 by not trusting other people who reviewed this app. Don’t be like me, don’t waste your money.
Don’t waste your money
I’m a painting contractor so I like to have side by side before and after pictures. This app doesn’t capture the entire picture cutting off a portion of each picture, making it look completely unprofessional.
Worst ever
Garbage. Bought this app and tried to safe a before and after video slide show and it saves as an image even though I clicked “save as gif” every single time. Waste of my money.

Il manque la possibilité d aligner la photo « après » sur la première lorsqu’on les choisit dans l’album. On ne peut aligner qu’en prenant la seconde photo depuis l’application. C’est dommage j aurai mis 5 étoiles

I LOVE this app and the developer is very responsive if you ever have any issues with it.

Great, does exactly what it claims to do
I spent a lot of time looking for this exact functionality. This is the only app I found that actually works and does what it claims. The ability to change the opacity of the overlay earns the fifth star.

Sorry this doesn't work
I saved the GIF, emailed it to myself, etc. It saves and send as a JPEG . This does NOT work, do not waste your time.
Can not export GIF
The reason I bought this was to create a before/after slider or GIF to fundraise for a mural for our elementary school. The app offers an option of saving a GIF of the changing image to your photo roll, but it does not work. It only saves a screenshot of the before photo.
Response from developer
When saving the GIF to your camera roll, it will only appear as a static image in your photo library, but is in fact a GIF. But don't take my word for it, if you email the photo to yourself it will show up as a moving picture.
