Nothing works

Nothing within the app works (but the ads). Videos won't show up.

Run away from this app

First problem: there are ads. Ads are okay on a free app, but not on one that costs $5.

Worse: The ads are about the only things that work. It appears that the app itself doesn't actually have any content. Instead, it tries to retrieve content dynamically from the Internet. If you aren't connected to the Internet, or if the site's servers aren't working, nothing! (Well, the ads work.)

The Read section is just a series of short blog posts. The author isn't anti-barefoot running, but does recommend caution and patience. There are some posts with interesting titles, suggesting an exercise plan to transition to barefoot running. Unfortunately, I've never been able to read those posts; they just show up blank.

The Running Drills section appears to have a series of videos describing some recommended drills, but I've never got any of them to successfully play, so I can't really say.

The Exercises section has some videos with exercises to strengthen your feet in preparation for barefoot running. It would be helpful to have some sort of plan for employing them. Perhaps one of the blank blog posts is supposed to have such a plan.

Finally, the Interact section is just a set of links to the author's other products for sale. Basically more ads.
