They have charged me multiple times with NO notification. When I emailed, asking them to cancel, they refused to process the cancellation and sent me on a runaround to cancel.
Update: I did reach out to them as suggested, and, as noted above, they refused to process the cancellation. They have also failed to respond to the predatory pricing activities of refusing to send charge notifications (no receipts ever sent)

used to be good back in the day, now almost every useful feature that used to be free is now paywalled and locked to premium. sad to see what one of my favorite editing apps from 10 years ago has become today.
Terrible payment charge process
I use this app and thought I had set up a subscription to pay through Apple, but I suppose I used a card. I only use this for a trial. Then deleted the app. They continue to charge me for three years and never sent me any confirmations of monthly payments invoice. They intentionally hid this information so I wouldn’t catch it. Their system is set up to take your money and their policy says they won’t provide a refund even though the app has not been used at all.

Fun and useful
I have photoshop but I use this more. Fun actions and they are always updating more. Worth the yearly subscription.
Money-hungry and avaricious
I will never use this app again due to how almost every feature is premium. If you are seeing this, fix your app NOW or else I will NEVER EVER use it. Regretfully, patientduck394

I got a lot of events take a lot of pictures. You're editing software is actually amazing use for the year throughout the year and I appreciate the quality of your work. What time I had a problem they did contact me to help me through it so I appreciate it. Thank you.
Broken Update!
Trying to edit and write text now causes the UI of the app to shift and make it unusable unless you restart.

I bought this app like 15 years ago. And now suddenly it wants a monthly subscription for me to continue ?! Well how about paying me back for buying you if you aren’t going to honor my purchase anymore
This app doesn’t correctly register the correct location of the mouse pointer.
As a result it is impossible to navigate my photo library with this app, making it useless. :(

Customer Support is Nil
This was my go to app for years. And now I can’t use it saying problem with Safari. I’ve sent numerous support requests and no response.
I love this app!!
I rarely leave reviews, but I really do love this app. BeFunky has been my go-to photo editor since I discovered it on my web browser in 2014.
I particularly use it for creating ridiculous custom memes, easily compressing images, adding borders for poorly formatted mediums, and the occasional filter and lighting edit. So many good options without paying! My ONLY complaint is that I wish more basic filters were available for free users, but given what all else I can do I’m really not mad about it.

I love what I can do with BeFunky. It allows me to be bold, creative, and expressive. It has inspired me to produce much more content than I used to. I upload images and add the “artsy” filters to make cool backgrounds for quotes to use on my social media pages. Fun!
Subscription
Hello, I’ve cancelled my subscription with BeFunky for about 3 months now, even deleting my own account. Im still getting charged from my credit card account from those 3 months and I have no idea how to get refunded. It is so annoying.

Terrible customer service
I was looking at this app and accidentally purchased it. Within an hour, I tried to cancel and they would not cancel my membership. They make it too easy to sign up. It was obvious that I wasn’t using it within one hour! Scam!
