App doesn’t work properly after iOS update

Everything was fine until iOS 15.1. Now it won’t stop playing the continuous video vs. the one run-thru. They both play at same time, so really difficult for a beginner to follow. You have to get this fixed, in order for me to buy it.

Review of Beginner Guitar Method

The video portion of the app stopped working. I gave it 3 stars because the program does not allow a one star rating to be sent. In fact I purchased this app along with Beginner Guitar Method Lite, Blues Guitar Method, and Blues Guitar Method Lite and the video stopped on all four. I would not recommend the purchase of any music apps from Webrix!

No Video

This tutorial used to show the video lessons. As of today 9/27/2020, there is no video but there is sound. Anyone knows how to fix this issue or is there a customer support?
