It’s a great app and I have nothing against it, it’s just not what I was looking for. But for being free it’s a great app and if your looking to learn guitar with a pick I 100% recommend.😁
Totally empty files
Don’t waste your time downloading this app. Absolutely no videos or instruction. Obviously no longer supported. Why did they leave it on? All videos show 0.0M in size. Even the images are no longer there (No Image)

You can’t view any of the videos because they don’t load ....at all. They used to work but I guess they haven’t kept up with OS versions because now all you can do is download the PDF files. Annoying.

Best app I’ve ever used.
This is one of the best apps that I’ve ever used. At first when I FIRST wanted to learn how to play the guitar I didn’t really know where to start. I am currently in a beginners classical guitar class at my school. At first I didn’t really HAVE a guitar. I looked all over the App Store for an app that teaches you how to play guitar but couldn’t really find one. Then I found out about THIS app. It is really amazing. Thanks Marty Schwartz! You have literally taught me more about how to play guitar than anybody else has taught me! 😊

Correction
While demonstrating an A major chord, the instructor refers to the 6th string as the “top” string. He’s wrong, the “top” string is the thinnest one - which is the 1st string. The “bottom” or lowest sounding is the 6th. Hope this helps.

Marty is awesome
I tried a bunch if different apps and this one is set up perfectly to help learn simple chords in a pattern that simplifies progression, I learned more in one day than I learned in weeks from other teachers! If you’re just starting out I totally recommend you try this app out! Thanks Marty, I love this app, keep up the good work!

I was excited but there was no sound...
I went on a trip with no internet and figured I'd download all the videos but when I went to play them for several versions of the app, there was no audio to the videos at all. Not sure why but I couldn't use them. Excited to use the app though once it works

Great, but...
This app is a godsend! I have had zero experience on a guitar. I downloaded the app a few minutes ago, and have gone through the first two lessons. He absolutely teaches in a way that anyone can grasp.
