Subscription scam
This is the second time I have downloaded the app for a free trial and of course with that accept that in “7 days” I will be charged. Of course I forget to cancel and I pay for the year sub, so be it but I better use it. NOPE! Somehow my credit card is charged for the second separate situation and both times I don’t have access to what I paid for. Cherry on top you guys have no way to communicate so idk how to get my money back. What a joke

I honestly can’t live without it. Every single track feels like it was created with so much care, intention, and attention to detail. You can truly tell how much work went into each one.
The voices, the music, the 3D sound design, the instruments, the atmosphere… everything is thoughtfully crafted to immerse you in the experience. No two tracks feel the same. Each one has its own personality, making it so much easier to stay present instead of feeling like you’re listening to the same meditation over and over.
As someone with ADHD, this app has been life-changing. My mind usually struggles to stay focused, but these sessions keep me engaged and help me connect with the moment in a way that very few apps ever have.

Peace for my anxious perimenopausal mind
A therapist recommended this app, and it has been a huge improvement in the quality of my life. I listen sometimes with my eyes closed, but more often with an open soft gaze during difficult moments. (After a tough conversation, during my long commute, completing a frustrating chore). I used to think too much and work myself up, but with these audio tracks I can unwind and reconnect to the moment. I love Mindspa so much!

Unauthorised transaction
Scam - not worth it - they will continue charging yearly even when you have cancelled in writing & followed the correct instructions. They have been doing this to me for years
Won’t open
The app won’t open when I tap on it. Did they go out of business?
Customer support is no help
I purchased a yr subscription a month ago and I still don’t have access to the program. I emailed support and they still cannot give me access to this even when I showed proof of payment. I still don’t have access. I requested a refund and now there is no contact no reply about the refund request.

Pela segunda vez comigo, o app trava na tela onde existe a opção de enviar o Gift 30 Days of MindSpa Premium. Nenhuma das opções funciona (Mayber later or Invite now). Da outra vez, tive que desinstalar o app e instalar novamente para “consertar” e conseguir usar o app. Por favor, verifiquem isso! Apesar disso, sou muito grato ao app que uso desde 2020. Muito obrigado! Mudou a minha vida!

Best Meditation App on the market hands down!
The binaural beats meditations are the best out there! When you follow the meditations in sequence and wear your headphones amazing things happen and significant changes occur in your life due to the changes that happen in your brain chemistry with their binaural beats. I have had this app for years. It is worth every penny! Lately though I have been experiencing a lot of glitches with the notification banners. When they launch a “pop up” like Level 10 is available and right now it is “Gift MindSpa” I can’t close them by clicking any of the buttons. The buttons change colors but that’s it. And I am unable to access the app for days at a time. MindSpa Team can you please take a look at this? I am an iOS user if that helps.

Inability to log in
Great except for lately I have to delete the app and reinstall it every time I want to use it. When I log in it
Gets stuck on the invite a friend to a free trial. I have done that already. However, you click on it again or the later button it does nothing. I updated the app, changed password and even tried to log in by website and I can’t log in. Please fix this.

App and website doesn’t let you cancel your trial.
Figured this would be a scam. It’s simply a bunch of spa music recordings they want you to pay for monthly. Go to cancel your trial, it just tells you you made the subscription outside the app. Go to the website and manage your subscription and it sends you to the app. Round and round. Follow their PayPal FAQ, nothing there to cancel. 👎

Having issues recently
Nice app and nice selection of music. Helps me fall asleep at night. But recently it’s been freezing up on me and I cannot get onto the app.
Wait until the bug is fixed
This had the absolute best meditations! But it currently has a bug that won’t let you listen to the meditations unless you uninstall and reinstall. I’ve had to do this three times now and lost sleep
They don’t update the app
12/27/26 - app not functioning because it’s frozen at a promotion.
They don’t update the app in over two years. When you ask them about it that start rambling on about some audiobook. No one buys this app for an audio book. This app has become a joke and if I could uncon myself out of the subscription I got signed up for, I would at this point.

Issues with app reliability
My app freezes and I can’t use it
Keeps logging me out
I’m a bit annoyed with the bugs in this app. I’ve been using this app since they were in beta and I love the meditation components. However, no matter how much you meditate, it’s very frustrating to have to go through a lengthy process every single time you are trying to log into an app you are paying for.
