A wonderful community based organization

I’ve been attending classes and had wonderful conversations at Behavioral Fitness for almost the past year. A women owned, women ran business that has our community in mind for healthy lives, minds, and bodies. They offer so much: yoga, paddle board outings, inner thoughts and feelings classes, and there’s always a cup of coffee or tea.
