Easy to use to navigate a conference
Issues during the Live Conference
The app in itself is easy to use and navigate. However during the live conference there were connection glitches, it noticed it was lagging for 1-2 minutes when I was logged on via the mobile app and laptop. Also the mobile app would not connect and or freeze, so I always had to make sure my laptop was available just in case. I completed the conference and trying to get my CEUs, now the app and online website status states “processing “ when this was completed 1 week ago. My co-worker did not have issues with her CEUs not sure about others. I did send a help ticket.

Worst App
This has been such a difficult app to work with. I kept getting kicked off from a virtual conference I attended 5/14 to 5/16. The live stream was delayed vs desktop. I tried to log on my desktop but I kept getting an error message. When I tried to reset my password I never received a link in my email.

Super useful app!
The BL app and online platform are really easy to use interfaces that help professionals access great learning content for professional development. The developers and support team continue to add features to the app and are always open to suggestions for new ideas. I highly recommend the BL platform!

So user friendly!
I’ve used behavior live on the conference planning side and as an attendee. It’s so easy to use! Love all the features especially the new messaging options. Highly recommend for virtually, on demand or in person conference support!
