Absolutely brilliant !!
This is exactly what is needed in settings. As a consultant and trainer in this field I am only too aware of the need for settings to records and plan to avoid incidents more rigorously. An empty box simply isn’t adequate. This tool structures and supports clear recording, reporting and encourages staff to problem solve and act on foreseeable risk through consequent behaviour plans. This is a cut above anything else I’ve seen with a solid foundation in law and guidance. I should also point out that this both records incidents and creates a plan so it’s 2 for 1 really!
Ps, I’m not really sure why the other review talks about student completion as that isn’t how this should be used. Perhaps they were thinking of a different one?

Good, simple but buggy
I was worried that the young people I work with wouldn't find it attractive enough, but it's simplicity is its strength.
Unfortunately I am finding it quite buggy. Often if I go back from one question to another - the choices for feelings will be replaced by the choices for what can I do. And the dawning image for the first question was saved over the top of the second. Also I have had errors in the PIL not saving and loosing the record of the work done by the student.

Replacement for detentions
