Can’t do anything
Can’t create an account! This is stupid.
Please… PLEASE update this app or…..
I get it, you made a mistake and stepped off in to an area your company wasn’t prepared for and the app sucked at launch and the development of it became too difficult. You changed your mind and wanted to focus on hardware.
But the promise of your company’s name and reputation are on the line here.
I love the hardware but the app, which with a coffee maker with only one button is EVERYTHING, has been abandoned.
Suggestion: remove the app and offer all connected model owners a Brazen model that is made to work without the app. Let your customers that supported you when you were new change our minds like you did. Give us a choice!
There probably aren’t that many of us out here. That would show strength and accountability.

Doesn’t work
I’ve deleted and downloaded this app multiple times, and it still fails to connect to my “connected” coffee maker. Sadly, I have not been able to brew 1 cup of coffee as a result.

Can’t create an account on the app and there’s no way to use it without an account.
No updates to app
App has not been updated in years. It no longer works on my iphone. An app that blows up defeats the purpose of having an internet connected coffee maker
