Игра вылетает когда нажимаю новая игра… вы будете отвечать хоть одному человеку что делать?!

It a VERY good game in my opinion, the best game I’ve played on my phone to be honest. But as I was playing, it suddenly crashed, and kicked me out the app. Once I reopened it. I clicked continue and I was all the way back to the beginning. Choosing my save files wouldn’t work and just sent me back to the beginning again. Getting to that point of the game which I think is maybe quarter of the way in? Is not gonna be a fun time redoing ALL of what I’ve down beforehand. It’s gonna take forever and I’ve already gone quite far in it. Please notice this and maybe try to fix it of some sort?

Why do they all do this?
Now the game it’s self is good( 5-star quality for sure) but why make it free just to later say “1 in app purchase is required to unlock the rest of the game.” Why not make the game cost money upfront to download it? It’s so annoying I genuinely felt tricked by the fact the game was free at first.
Bug
This game is great but every time I try to confiscate an item from a passenger it freezes
Fun! But crashes.
I can’t seem to play for more than maybe 5min at a time before my game crashes. I was playing on my iPad (yes my ipad is up to date and compatible with the requirements I just checked to make sure) and am currently about to test the game on my phone. After the game crashed the first time it opened right up and put me back on track. The second time? Every saved game I tried to load into brought be right back to the beginning causing me to lose any and all progress even though I was trying to play the save. This game has so much potential the small portion it allowed me to play was super fun! But unfortunately, it’s not worth reopening every 5minutes to have to start from the beginning while hoping it doesn’t crash again. It crashed four times since I downloaded it maybe 30 or so minutes ago. Great game! Super fun! Outside of these issues ofc
EDIT: tried again on my iPhone. I didn’t try for too long however once I noticed the fine button doesn’t work. I want to keep it in hopes the issues are able to be fixed! I’m looking foreword to the next update!
