The application have two real issues
The application have two real issues. One it is not supported with apple vision pro which is not acceptable even though it was as an ipad version . Second problem is that it asks for a code from my home device which is not reachable when I travel. The only reason that I use it is when I travel with my apple vision. I hope you have a good customer support that at least can reply.

Very hard to move around channels, keep to show a pop up of subscription so can not move to other channel, ask this is maybe ok but they lie, when I bought the receiver and subscription they said I can watch by this app but I couldn’t so I called support they said no you can’t you should pay more and they receiver must have 2 channels at once to watch but is not exist , my experience is bad with BEIN system

Surpris qu’après autant d’années il n’y ait pas de version pour l’Apple TV. Quand on n’a de ou opérateur et une TV connecté il est donc toujours impossible de voir vos chaînes, donc pas d’abonnement !

Stay away from that application
There is always technical error. It’s a waste of money and time. Do not use this application. I never wrote any reviews but this time is important to warn other users.

How is it reasonable that I subscribe to a beIN package via a receiver and add the Africa Cup, only to be surprised that viewing is not available on beIN CONNECT, but exclusively on the receiver?
The receiver is used at home, while during my travels I rely on my phone to watch. In this situation, I am effectively forced to subscribe to the receiver and beIN CONNECT separately, because the beIN CONNECT feature that comes bundled with the receiver subscription cannot be used for continental competitions.
This is completely unacceptable and constitutes a clear form of misleading customers. If continental tournaments are not included in beIN CONNECT, this must be stated clearly and transparently during the subscription process or before payment, so customers know in advance whether they will benefit from the subscription across all platforms.
This situation is entirely illogical, especially given the absence of any refund option. I travel frequently and rely on watching matches on my phone, which is the main reason I subscribed in the first place.
What is currently happening seriously harms the user experience and violates the most basic principles of transparency with customers. This is a disgrace.
