A very stable app.Not as flashy as some but a good experience navigating my e1x by bel canto.I hope they continue to refine it as they will have to as competition is fierce

Whoever built this did a great job of documenting and tracing requirements. Well thought-out and executed. Even the small things like not having to fully wake up my iPad to pause a song make a difference. The business analyst needs a round of applause. One glaring issue, though, is that the app does not work in landscape orientation on iPads. Enabling that would make it infinitely more user-friendly.

Not intuitive and has bugs
I’ve owned the EX Integrated for a year. The hardware is fantastic. The app? Could be much better. I can’t sign in to all the music streaming services that I have accounts. The Vtuner can find some, i.e. Calm Radio but I get the advertisement vs. the ability to sign in. Lately it has been cutting out or non-responsive to commands. Very frustrating! Again I love my hardware but hate this app.

Nice app but requires some refinement
Overall, intuitive app. A fix is recommended to prevent a loud click in speakers when switching between inputs (such as between input 1 on HT bypass back to ethernet input while music is still playing in the app). Also, when one does a search and clicks on a song within an album, it would be nice to have the forward arrow skip to the next song (currently it just plays the same song again because only one is loaded into the queue). Album artwork displayed in the app need to be scaled correctly for the phone resolution. One should be able to specify a default play to device so one does not not to be selected each time the app is opened. Also, there should be a way to select a default browser so one doesn’t need to be selected each time the app is opened. When using the volume button on an iPhone, it would be preferable for the volume to increase in increments of “1” rather than of “6”. Add ability to add songs in queue to favorites.

Stream App functionality with Tidal and Qobuz is excellent. Works on iphone and tablet.

Simple - installed unit in my system, followed instruction to link unit, done.
It just sits there and works.

Broken after the last update
After the last update (iOS 13 optimization) the app constantly alert “Connect to network “ while trying to start Tidal. Doesn’t work at all.
App based on mconnect
The app is as flakey as the mconnect app that is based on for the Convers streaming module, when will manufacturers start giving customers apps that work properly and don’t keep falling over. Invest in Roon to control your BelCanto streamer - it works.
Excellent App!
Was playing music within a few minutes of installing my player. Very intuitive and easy to use.
Needs an update
This app works great but if you shuffle your playlist the ‘Queue List’ isn’t updated so you don’t know what is coming up next.
I always shuffle and amend the list as it plays but can’t do this with this app?

Excellent way to stream music. User friendly. MQA is a step up in sound quality. No more CDs. Roon has more features, I rarely use, and is unnecessarily expensive.
