The sound is much lower than any other app. UI needs to be more up to date like Liquid Glass environment .
Not as happy as we were with our last provider
We had Eastlink - NO internet issues. We could get internet on our phones in the backyard. Also no issues with the tv service. With Bell we have spots in our small house we lose service. We do not get service in the backyard. My husband has had to work in the kitchen because he loses service in his office. As far as the tv service we have been watching a paid movie and it will just stop, so we have to restart. Also, live tv will just go black for 2 to 3 seconds - not ideal during FIFA. If someone hadn’t come to our door with an amazing deal we wouldn’t have switched. We keep hoping Eastlink will knock again.

Don’t count on it
This app lets you program a recording of a series- how many to keep…Then stop recording. Because it reaches the maximum you set. Shouldn’t it erase the oldest, so it records the latest? No, it just stops. I probably should do as my kids are saying: cancel cable/fiber and go with just the Internet. Last time I mentioned this issue, they blamed some other branch of the company. If other people and I cancel the subscription, the app won't be needed- bug fix.

Weak Wifi Connection
2 weeks with Bell, one pod rental and the wifi is still weak. It disconnect easily

Problème avec l’onglet programmation
Tant sur l’iPhone que l’iPad, le changement de date au coin supérieur gauche ne fonctionne plus. Il faut défiler les journées. Ça fait des mois que c’est ainsi et aucun correctif n’est apporté.
Terrible picture quality
Every World Cup game is blurry. What an actual joke. It’s ruining the experience of watching this tournament.
No skip forward on recording
What garbage am I paying for? I can’t fast forward to the start of the game!? Useless!
Additional recording time
The only option to extend a recording is 30 minutes. This should be increased to at least 1 hour. I missed the tail end of the Kicks v Spurs game because of the extended recording time not being enough.
Recording and Deleting
Fibe TV is great in many ways. But why did Bell reduce the time you can record past the end of a show to only 30 minutes? Sports games often go longer, so you have to record the following shows or miss the ending. Also too bad you have to go through and delete each show individually rather than selecting all of them and pressing delete once.

Don’t know why I am only getting a list of partial channels and not them all. The 2 aquarium channels is one in English and the other in French?
Too many devices
It keeps giving error message of too many devices but i only have one device on
Mobile app quits all the time
One day can watch some stations. Then next day says I have to be at home to watch???? Very frustrating. Called tech support 3 times. No answers
Crapp App
I’ve posted many times about this issue, and when I come back and see there’s been update, not one fix for the constant turning off of stream.
I work listening to the news on the app, as there’s a few news shows that you don’t have to watch, and are just as good to listen to. After 10 to 15 minutes the app shuts down!!!
