Completely unsupported
Awful company and service. Terrible app.
Keep this or the API Alarm one?
Are identical except for the labelling therefore safe to delete the Bell one?

No customer service at all
No one answered or returned any of my calls what so ever..
No longer supported by Bell
This app is no longer supported by Bell. API will not answer support calls nor can we change settings in our account anymore. They say to send emails and leave voicemails that are never responded to. This is completely unacceptable and such a frustrating experience for long time customers of Bell Smart Home.

Won’t keep me logged in, won’t save facial recognition. Totally frustrating.

Never works
Video doorbell never works. Sporadically connects and then stops working again. There’s no contact information inside the app. Nowhere to find a bill. Where is the account number?
Not worth the headache
Very basic and limited security camera features that do not offer any peace of mind, NONE! Just doing our time till contract ends. Do NOT commit. Going with NEST instead.
Option to change the notifications sound
There is no option to change the sound for notification, a security app like this should hv provided the option for the user to configure these things.
Alerts, audio, night vision
Alerts don’t work, night vision doesn’t work and audio doesn’t work
Video cameras
At night our cameras are not as clear as other cameras I have seen. Our back camera is more clear if our outside light is on.

I wouldn't recommend this camera and app to any of my friends.
* No motion dector
* No alert notifications when anybody came and left.
* No two way talk or sound system
* doesn't save the complete videos only saves few short clips.
sometimes even misses to catch if anybody came(doesn't even record some moments if any delivery guy came or if i am standing out at the porch, doesn't record if i ever entered back or not anything happened or what so ever) None.
* sometimes camera shutsdown and doesn't work for some hours or 2-3 days.
* paid way too much price and no features to help. i would never recommend this is anyone.
* overall No advantage of having this camera instead go for either camera doorbell or some other camera that has all these features in less price(there are many on amazon,costco).

Panic button
I don’t understand why there is no panic button my my phone in the event that we need to use it ? When will it be added to the app?

Push notifications
It used to work just fine, but out of sudden I’m not getting pushing notifications anymore. The support team couldn’t help.
