Fit for purpose
Started a new job in the area and found this gem of a bakery. Love now that I can order through the app and collect without having to queue. Only constructive criticism is I kept getting an error message when trying to use Apple Pay so I just paid with Apple Pay when I collected my order. Also, the 25% discount for new app users did not work. I told the shop assistant when I collected my order and they applied the discount when I paid. It would be nice to have pictures of the cakes. It was hard for me to visualise what all the cakes looked like so I just went with carrot cake - you can’t go wrong with that. Obviously room for improvement, but will definitely order through the app again.
