What's New in BellSense

2.7

August 6, 2026

our coach reads your training and says what it means New in BellSense+. The numbers were always there. Now they get read back to you in plain language. • A read on every session, waiting when you finish • Weekly and monthly reviews in a Coach inbox • Ask for an analysis of your last 30 sessions any time, from the Progress tab • One line on Home each day that names what your training actually says Cardio is a workout now, not just a timer Also BellSense+. Cardio Mode runs structured intervals: 4 x 4, 30 / 30, and Tempo, each with its own target zone and spoken phase changes. Home and Progress show the shape of your week by zone instead of one total. Strength work you wore a heart rate monitor for finally counts toward the weekly conditioning target. And if your week has no hard work in it, the coach offers you an interval session. Also in this update • Settings rebuilt as eight subpages, with the current setting shown on every row • The Home screen's today line reads like a sentence, and the context chips look tappable • Correcting a rep count now carries through to your session score, your estimated max, and your movement baseline • The coach reads your full history when it measures training load, so people who train often are no longer told they are still establishing a baseline • A readiness reading more than a day old gets dated instead of called today, and stops steering the recommendation • Fixed target reps showing 0, and coach cues that disagreed with the timer • Fixed a barbell overcount when alternating grind sets • Fixed the bottom of the exercise list being unreachable in the exercise picker • Fixed BellSense+ not reaching some subscribers • Sync and reliability improvements

Something New

Finally an app that actually explains what your workouts mean. Not just numbers like “you did X reps” but actual analysis of what you’re doing. The AI coach feedback is actually useful.

The weekly reviews are really helpful too. Catches stuff you miss just looking at the numbers day to day.

Worth the download if you want more than just a workout timer

This app is great! Love the calculated shred, helps regulate an intense sesh.

Actually Pretty Awesome

This is actually a really cool app. I like that it tracks my workouts and recovery and tells me how to progress. I connected my Apple health data and heart rate monitor to track my routines and it’s learning me and making recommendations. Been doing ABF and it’s good to have something tell me when to advance versus just guessing. Definitely want this KB sensor too
