About
BellySignal is a poop tracker and bowel diary for recording your daily digestive patterns. Log stool form with the Bristol stool chart, urine color, water intake, and food and habits in one place. Start without an account.
KEEP A BOWEL MOVEMENT DIARY
Choose a Bristol stool type from 1 to 7, record color, and note blood or mucus you notice. Add observations such as belly pain, bloating, urgency, or straining to keep a useful record over time.
TRACK WATER, FOOD AND HABITS
Log water toward your daily goal and record urine color. Add coffee, alcohol, dairy, spicy food, stress or poor sleep to look back at what happened around changes in your digestion. A pattern does not prove that a food caused a symptom.
REVIEW TRENDS AND EXPORT A PDF
See your entries together in Trends. Export a PDF summary of the last 90 days from Settings and choose whether to share it at a medical appointment. You can also export a backup file and restore it later.
START WITHOUT SIGNING IN
Your diary is stored locally by default. An account is optional and does not currently sync your health diary between devices. You choose where exported files go and whether to enable health-platform integration.
Selected health values, including stool type, symptoms and manually entered weight, are sent to PostHog and Firebase Analytics. Both are enabled by default. The analytics switch controls PostHog only; Firebase Analytics remains active. Deleting local entries does not automatically delete previously transmitted analytics. You can delete your diary entries in Settings.
BellySignal is a self-recording tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose IBS, food intolerance or other conditions, determine the cause of symptoms, or provide treatment. Discuss concerns with a qualified healthcare professional.
