Belmont Batcave is an alternative store and vendor collective in Belmont, North Carolina. Around 75 independent makers, collectors and vintage dealers rent booths under one roof. This app is for those vendors. It is the tool you use to run your own booth from wherever you are. Accounts are set up by the store. If you rent a space with us, ask staff and they will make you one. KNOW THE MOMENT SOMETHING SELLS A notification arrives the second one of your pieces goes through the register. Open the app and today's takings are the first thing on the screen, item by item, with your cut worked out on every line. You can turn each kind of alert on or off on its own. YOUR STOCK, PRICED AND TAGGED Add a piece in a few seconds, or a whole row of them at once. Print barcoded price tags straight to an AirPrint printer, laid out on Avery label sheets, and start partway down a sheet you have already used. Point the camera at a tag to pull that item straight up, put it on the shelf or mark it down. WHAT IS NOT MOVING See your oldest stock first, and mark down a whole run of it in one go. Reprint the tags for the pieces you changed without hunting for them again. SELL ONLINE TOO Build a listing with photos, crop and straighten them, and cut the background out on the phone. Send it for review, answer offers, and post orders with a carrier and a tracking number. WHAT YOU MADE, AND WHAT IT COST Every month laid out plainly: what sold, what the store took, what your rent was, and what is left. Record what you paid for a piece and the app works out your real margin. Monthly statements download as a PDF. GET PAID Connect your bank once through Stripe. Cash out what you have earned when you want it, without waiting for the end of the month.
