ERROR EN FUNCIONAMIENTO
Estimados, les comento que tengo esta app en un iPhone XR iOS 17.5.1. La cual viene presentando problemas de desconexión con mi audífono. Mi Fonoaudiologa tiene el dispositivo actualizado y recién calibrado pero a pesar de esto la app no es capaz de mantener estabilidad de conexión y además no lee todos los programas que tengo calibrados.
Hemos vuelto a reinstalar la app pero el problemas persiste.
Revisar posibles causas, por favor.

Frustrating
This app frequently is unable to “locate” my hearing aids. The shortfall may last for days and then, unexplainably, works fine. Very annoying.

La aplicación es muy buena y esa muy bien optimizada aunque a veces tarde un poco en responder pero estaría bien que la aplicación de adaptara a dispositivos iPad en posición horizontal ya que es una molestia tener que girar el iPad para ajustar los audifonos

Connection issues
Ever since it updated 2 months sho, I have had Bluetooth connection issues. The connection comes and goes. Sometimes it is only connected to one ear, sometimes none at all. It is very frustrating. I did but have these issues before the update. I wish I could get htt egg lonforvthus problem.
Re-app
Hi. After I reset it. I just want to smooth with you, but the Beltone HearPlus app went disconnected twice, whenever I’m on and off with the music and the GPS. So I deleted twice and re-app with connection again. Why is that? Thank you for your time. Have a blessings weekend.

I don’t know what’s a bigger piece of crap, the hearing aids or the app. Tried to sync my phone while I was 5 miles away from home and had been synced to my tablet.

PLEASE improve the bluetooth connectivity. The lag time needs improvement and the bluetooth connectivity and stability as well.

I have been using this ap for years, & has no issues,, UNTIL lately. It disconnects from my aides,, steadily has to delete and RE-install. Get it together developers. And it has never ever alerted me of a text message. Make THAT happen. And I’ll be HAPPY

I have noticed that “yes”,,, thru HearPlus you CAN get text message notifications thru the my hearing aids,,,, BUT,,, ONLY when the iPhone is not silenced,
I work so phone has to be silenced,,, so it would be more beneficial if text messages would work thru my hearing aids then,,,, Go getem developers?, make it happen,,
I know that you can!!!!
Update—01/06/20-1st—I did finally hear a message alert,,, but it can’t be in silenced mode,,, it can only be turned down low,,, in order to receive the text alert.

Please get rid of the questionnaires,,,, they disconnect the aids,,,,and we hearing impaired,,, don’t even know that we have been UNPLUGGED.
For older impaired people please please rid the questions,,, that force us to answer before being reconnected.

Completely agree with others
This doesn’t work with my hearing aids on OS 13. Kicks me out and go to demo. Everything another review said exactly. Very frustrating. Now I am using settings on my phone which is inconvenient to get to for any changes to be done.

Hearing aids won’t stay connected with latest update
When I exit the app, the hearing aid disconnects. So whatever I’m listening to gets cut off. Making this app useless, can’t use the phone, listen to music or watch movies/tv shows.

Esta aplicación controla y nivela los audífonos, sin embargo de manera automática y sin mi intención, la aplicación le baja el volumen a los audifonos, eso al reconectarse el celular con estos. Me ocurre reiteradas veces al día. En la versión anterior de IOS no ocurría este descontrol de audifonos, y aunque vuelva a instalar esta aplicación me sigue ocurriendo el mismo problema. Favor revisar ese problema. Nose de que otra forma contactar con ustedes para que me ayuden con este problema. gracias!

Still have problems
I have an Apple XR. VERY FREQUENTLY I have to delete the app and re-download it again to get it to connect to my hearing aides. . This still occurs with brand new batteries. When the app works, it is wonderful, but when it doesn’t, it is worthless!!!!
